Our cashier Arwen had so much attitude and was so rude we said for here and she marked our order as to-go and when we asked she gave even more attitude! We had to wait 20 mins for one plate and when we finally got tired of waiting she harshly handed it over and it had just been sitting in the counter! Very bad services everytime I’ve come here don’t recommend this location

I had the BBQ beef plate. Usually good. The macaroni salad is yummy. Went across the way to shop. Got a stomach ache and had to run to the bathroom 3 times. I had leftovers and my son ate it. He got sick and was vomiting 🤢 the meat was 👎bad

I was craving Hawaiian bbq and this was nearby. Definitely delivers that solid Hawaiian flavor.
I had their bbq chicken and a side of white fish with all steamed vegetables. The chicken was delicious and cooked just right. The white fish was also delicious but the tar tar sauce was an excellent dip for it. Overall it was a great lunch experience and great customer service.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

It was way too cold in the restaurant. It was warmer outside ( 5 pm). The cashier said she had canned coke. Charged us for it, and none was available.

Ono online order system is terrible! I ordered $76 worth of food and arrived at the location 15 minutes later to find that the store didn’t have my order. They claimed I must of ordered at another location and showed them the receipt. Yes they apologized, but their system is not good and its failure kept me waiting an additional 30 minutes. Last time I order or go the Ono’s.
