I recently had an unfortunate experience while attempting to redeem free food certificates for my children. The manager, Liz, at the Beach and Imperial Highway location, stated she was unable to tear the bottom portion of the certificates. I offered my assistance in tearing them, but she then declined to accept them.

I would not recommend this particular location.

It's your standard Cane's! Always efficient and made to order. The store is open late and relatively clean. Nothing to really complain

It’s a very good restaurant for chicken and the sauce is what puts it over the top. Also like the Texas toast. This particular location had a lot of young people there the day I was there because of homecoming or something and was very busy and noisy.

The food here is overall good the chicken is plain not like Wingstop flavors but the cane sauce is really good here.

Always double check your order here. They miscount sauces, fingers, and some employee at the window even made a slightly judgemental comment about my order 💀💀

The food at Raising Cane’s was great as always—fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected. The service was also quick and friendly, which made the visit even better.

The only downside was the door to the restrooms. It kept slamming shut loudly, which was really distracting while trying to enjoy my meal. A simple door stopper or soft-close mechanism would make a big difference.

So when u get the food inside the restaurant or through drive thru, it's really nice. However, they really scam you hard when u order through delivery. Out of over 50 ubereat orders, they only gave the proper order around 4 times. They always miss something on purpose. It's very cynical and dishonest. I know they do this purposefully cuz they literally put a different order receipt. Are they dumb enough to think that customers won't figure out? Come on man... you guys are better than this

Chicken tenders are tiny and I asked for ketchup and hot sauce two times. Got my food confidently, checked at home. No ketchup or hot sauce. Cmon now.

I used to order the 3 finger combo. Now the size is much smaller. They are mini 3 finger combo. I prefer that they change the price and not the size. We were left hungry.

Normally I love Cane's this particular one the fries were way too salty and the chicken just didn't taste as good as it usually does maybe that's why it wasn't as packed as what Cane's is normally idk but I'm good on eating there again
