Came through the drive-thru around 12:30ish am. The food was disgusting tenders had nothing but flour no chicken at all. Seemed to me that they must have been sitting there for a while and they refried them or the oil hadn’t been cleaned. Ended up just throwing away my meal too late to go back and ask for a refund. Waste of 20 dollars. Do better worst canes food I’ve ever received.

Great family place for a nite out. All families and kids know Raisin Cane's. It's better than Kentucky Fried Chicken. Never dry. Wash ur meal down with fresh squeezed daily made lemonade.

Will forget your sauce and no napkins also I got 6 sauces they forgot them also there was no one in the line so idk how they messed this up like you had nothing else to do but yeah check your orders people....also homie tried to hand me my drink with soda all over the side like tf the drink is supposed to in the cup not the outside of it
While my kids absolutely love this place, my personal experience has been mixed. The chicken tenders, while lacking seasoning or flavor, are apparently intentional and cater to those who prefer milder tastes. They don’t offer anything healthy.Despite not being my first choice, I find myself here frequently with my teens, appreciating the convenience and generally friendly service. However, there's room for improvement, particularly in customer service when mistakes occur.During my last visit, I split the order into two payments, but they forgot to give me one of the items. Upon calling and returning to the restaurant, the manager initially offered an upgrade for the inconvenience, but the process was far from smooth. Despite mentioning the manager's name, the staff seemed unaware and unprepared to rectify the mistake.After several attempts and explanations, we were directed to the drive-through where we had to reiterate our situation. The cashier was visibly frustrated and rude, even referring to our meal as "free" until corrected. It took the involvement of multiple employees before we finally received our missed item.Overall, while the food may cater to certain tastes, the restaurant could greatly benefit from improved training in customer service and error resolution.Dietary restrictions: Everything is fried and unhealthyKid-friendliness: It’s crowded and busy not somewhere I’d like to take the kids out to eat in . Good chicken strips, toast, fries & Cole slaw. We got a 4 piece meal, my only complaint is, it was actually pretty expensive, we shared one 4 strip meal, we had 2 strips each and shared everything else. So expensive for what you get, but it was good.

The chicken tenders age very good and moist, and I love the Texas toast. But I really love that when i go through the drive-thru with my dog, they always acknowledge my dog and give me an extra tender for my dog ?. Great customer service! ?
