Extremely too long for a smoothie. Took 10+ minutes

I come here at least 5 times a week before work and order the exact sameting every time. I ordered the large size Nuts about protein as usual and it was the only thing I had to eat (I drink half for breakfast and half for lunch) around 4:30 pm i started feeling very nauseous. I literally threw up every hour on the hour all night long. I've only had food poisoning one other time then this, and this one was way worse. I'm extremely upset that this happened to me and that their isn't some protocol to make sure they have proper dates for when their food goes bad. I was an extremely loyal customer and now I'm traumatized to ever purchase anything from this place again. Mind you, I'm usually spending 13-16 bucks on these smoothies, I would expect the best quality for that price. I'm not one to complain or make alot of bad reviews but when it come to food poisoning I need to share this so no one else gets sick and for Robeks to hopefully have a better strategy to follow the health department rules and regulations.

Zero stars for zero customer service. Went inside around 2pm on a Sunday so my son had time to look at the menu. No staff was visible from the register. We could hear some noises coming from the back so we knew there was someone there. My son and I were talking loudly and no one came out to even acknowledge our presence. It felt like we were standing there for ages so we left and took our business to Jamba Juice.

Please list all your ingredients. My mom is on her way to the ER for a cinnamon allergy after ordering your acai bowl. Your granola must have cinnamon. Or something must have cinnamon.

Very expensive, they raised their prices again around spring or summer 2024 and as of July 2024 there is a note on the drive-thru menu saying the prices have increased but they are waiting for the updated menus to be printed.

A regular green juice smoothie was $10.99 on our recent visit. I recall that same juice being around $7-8 around 2021. The prices for other drinks and food items are very high now even for inflated 2024 prices, making me reconsider coming here again

First time at this place. Also the last! My acai was watery dripping though the lid. I ordered the nutty with peanut butter and let me tell you when I got it it was nothing like the picture. I found big chunk of peanut butter at the bottom of my bowl.

I’m very confused about how I got charged $20 for three ginger shots. The price says 4.49 for each Deng!! The tax on ginger is crazy now ??

The best ginger juice shots, green juice, anf incredible smoothies. I am always impressed ?. No pics bc I drank up+ swallowed all so quickly ?. Next time folks!

Good morning! Just came to this place with my Baby and we are disgusted with the results. Been coming here a while back and it was ok. But now I tried to give it another chance because I wanted something more healthy for my Son and I but to my surprise Worst mistake ever and all for $21. I found hairs in my Açaí bowl not just one but as I kept going in I found more and more. Sick & extremely unsanitary. On top of that I asked for root to stem with Lemon but they used artificial Lemon. How do I know this well because it’s not that difficult to taste the difference of Lemons. Yes I will write my review on this because I want others to know the truth of what to expect coming to these food chains. Great or horrible! I would put ZERO stars here. All the Employees are also very angry like they hate being there which is sad and explains a lot. I love to tip but no need for tipping when they will do a poor job and just slap on fake artificial recipes with hairs on there when it says FRESH on there name. I know from experience that in any food business one must look alive, awake and ready to go with a smile even if your having a bad day if you want to succeed otherwise it all goes to the dump. This is by far the worst Juice establishment ever they should rename there selfs to Robot FAKE juice with pubic hairs. The owner of this place is to Blame for everything that’s going on here on top of HIRING Ditzy people who don’t even want to be there. Well I did my part in telling you how it is and now it’s up to you if you want to waste your Money and time on this junk of a hairy artificial mess!!!

Showed up at 7:35am to get my smoothie, place was still closed everything was turned off no one inside the open sign was still off, checked on google to see the what time they opened and it said 7:30am but the place was still closed. I was Really upset about it lazy employees.
