Used to love this place. Having a drive thru makes grabbing a fresh juice or smoothie convenient fast. My last visit, the was a sign on the drive thru intercoms that prices have gone up. Not a huge deal; inflation is being felt everywhere. Plus, I'm willing to pay the cost of fresh ingredients. However my last order of a large Lean Green Smoothie was watery and.. foamy..?! It just tastes like soy milk with coconut water and has specks of kale in it. It is definitely not ice blended as a smoothie should be; it's completely watery. This is so disappointing as I'm a regular -- on that note, I presented a $2 off reward on the app that I earned for visiting 3 times last month, and the guy who rang me up ended up charging me full price. I had to bring it up to his attention, and he gave me two dollars in cash. I believe the owners recently opened up a new (bbq?) restaurant; they gave me flyers the last couple times I visited. The quality of this place has been slowly going down while prices have gone up. I recommend taking your money and going to Protein Lab just couple blocks down. This was a waste of money, and though I drank down half bc I was really craving a veggie smoothie, I'm tossing the rest bc I'm on a strict calorie restriction and I'm not wasting it in this. Plus, I honestly don't know wtf is in my cup, bc it's nothing like the Lean Greens I've gotten in the past.

Overpriced, I got a small smoothie and a half of a sandwich with one piece of ham for $15 . Nope sorry I won't be back . And who gives out half a sandwich I am sorry but for $7?!? It was super standard something I could make in my microwave. Tasteless .

Good morning! Just came to this place with my Baby and we are disgusted with the results. Been coming here a while back and it was ok. But now I tried to give it another chance because I wanted something more healthy for my Son and I but to my surprise Worst mistake ever and all for $21. I found hairs in my Açaí bowl not just one but as I kept going in I found more and more. Sick & extremely unsanitary. On top of that I asked for root to stem with Lemon but they used artificial Lemon. How do I know this well because it’s not that difficult to taste the difference of Lemons. Yes I will write my review on this because I want others to know the truth of what to expect coming to these food chains. Great or horrible! I would put ZERO stars here. All the Employees are also very angry like they hate being there which is sad and explains a lot. I love to tip but no need for tipping when they will do a poor job and just slap on fake artificial recipes with hairs on there when it says FRESH on there name. I know from experience that in any food business one must look alive, awake and ready to go with a smile even if your having a bad day if you want to succeed otherwise it all goes to the dump. This is by far the worst Juice establishment ever they should rename there selfs to Robot FAKE juice with pubic hairs. The owner of this place is to Blame for everything that’s going on here on top of HIRING Ditzy people who don’t even want to be there. Well I did my part in telling you how it is and now it’s up to you if you want to waste your Money and time on this junk of a hairy artificial mess!!!

Showed up at 7:35am to get my smoothie, place was still closed everything was turned off no one inside the open sign was still off, checked on google to see the what time they opened and it said 7:30am but the place was still closed. I was Really upset about it lazy employees.

First time visitor here, i will speak on two things Food 11/10 . Food was on point, the acai was made with fresh and proper ingredients, the mango acail bowl has been put together very well and all the fruit was ripe plus a proper generous amount of agave. Smoothie and sandwich were also really good Service- not good not bad , just right there in the middle. But they had my order done on time so ill definitely give them that credit. I would come back because the food compels me to.

Placed an order through the Robeks app yesterday at 6:31 PM when we got there to pick up the order they had a note on the door saying they closed at 5. We were confused why the ordering system online still took our order when they were closed. Call this morning to ask for my refund and the manager said they can't do anything about it and you will have to contact corporate. Called corporate and its automated message saying leave a voicemail. Don't understand why they don't know how to process a refund. Still waiting a response from corporate or the owner of this location because this unacceptable. Even offered to pick up my order today since they don't know how to do a refund and they said they can't do that because they might close early again today. I understand business might be slow around this time, but a least adjust your online systems to not accept orders if you randomly decide to close early. Also its surprising that your manager does not know how to give a refund with situations like this. Still waiting for an update??? Or even a response from the owner. The order has been already charged to my account and finalized? Can I please talk to someone?

Good option for fruit-based drinks, smoothies and quick snacks. Won't say it's the best but their menus are great. The staff was friendly and help you understand the menu with any questions. I ordered the nuts about protein and normally it tastes good but today whoever made that watery tasteless drink needs to get better training or something. Not even a Jesus could've saved that abortion of a drink. Not to mention I waited 35 min in the drive through. It had no taste and I felt like I was drinking chocolate milk from a school cafeteria. Hopefully robeks hires better staff or puts more effort in training. Super disappointed

Been going to Robeks for a long time and lately just seems like the staff don't care. the last couple of times we have been there, It's either they are out of eggs, Ice or certain ingredients where they make the items asked for. last weekend we went ordered our normal drinks and told they were out of ice and could not make the drinks. The Belagio sandwich was ordered well toasted and extra hot. The bread was not toasted at all and the internals were cold. Not the first time that's happened but we always give it another shot. People have off days of course but for it to keep happening. That's a problem. It's a shame cause its one of the better places to get smoothies and sandwiches. with todays enviroment you have to do better to keep customers coming back
