Here's a good place for Tuesday night." "Taco Tuesday" Both Classic fish tacos, tacos especial are 1/2 price.Options are corn ,flour or keto wraps. Keto style is fried cheese protein choices are either steak or chicken.While u wait till up condiment bar with take out containers for hot, mild or chipotle sauces, diced cilantro & onion mix and lemon and lime citrus slices

Went for lunch what. You noticed the very clean but emptiness and the tip jar right upfront as I ordered a barrito. Then pos equipment asks for a tip? I said, "So what out loud again, with the tips. I ask the asian girl why I need to ask or hint for a tip at a fast food place? her eyes rolled back into her skull and said Sarcastic you like clean tables and me being nice?"" What's that have to do with your paid job you get paid to do she said, "never mind whatever, just hit no, you dont need to say anything.""" I said i should have to be asked. I was so worried someone would spit on my $12 burrito. It makes people uncomfortable, especially with this constant tip asking or reminders for tips jars. I will think twice and Hesitate going to here again. I already stopped going out to eat by 50% due to the higher price and smaller amounts given you go home still hungry, so what

It's a take it, or leave it kind of eaterie. It's not a comfortable atmosphere. Food is better than average, but served in small quantities. Let's just say that I've eaten there twice in 6 years. Dining room lamps need a good dusting. Hire someone other than the brother/sister duo. They were very polite, but it was painfully obvious that they didn't want to be there. Not a single smile. They didn't convey happiness.

Hi a former employee of this place here is a video of worms i the establishment under their chip warmer. This issue was made clear to the general manager as well as the district manager several times and they both did nothing about it, on top of just the horrible working conditions where they both knew about sexual harassment from one of the shift leaders which he was doing to several underaged female employees. Truly an awful place to both dine and work at.

I don't see a "contact manager" link on your Yelp page so if Brad wants to respond to me I will remove this review. 30 minutes to wait for a taco plate is not acceptable but it did give me time to pay attention to what was going on (wrong) behind the counter. Thursday 12-7 7pm. Christina is an outstanding employee. I noticed the shift leader standing and talking while Christina refilled napkins and organized the counter area. I walked up because I needed another fork (Christina was bagging orders) the shift leader looked at me, turned around and walked over to the drink refrigerator and placed one water bottle on a shelf and stood there with his back to me. Christina asked what I needed and was very nice. Christina needs to be promoted to shift leader. She kept the tables clean, she brought orders out , she bagged orders to go, she was polite and helpful. It did not appear that the shift leader had any tasks? Maybe help people who need forks? Maybe go back in the kitchen and get a taco plate out in less than 30 minutes?

Staff are friendly, even though the manager tried to convince me to "take another meal" as their way of saying we are sorry the rice was too dry and at the bottom of the pot and that's why it was not edible!!! I don't go to the restaurant to be served food that is not fresh. The food is terrible at this location. I have given this Rubio's location a benefit of the doubt WAAAAY too many times. No more. They have to improve their food quality especially for the price they are charging.

The food here is terrible I've been with the company for a little over a year and have witnessed so much different management different employees and many changes but the outcome stays the same there is a-lot of harassment, favoritism, and even sexual harassment going on in this place we all put a smile on our face because management have forced us to looking happy and all sound joyful and excited to be working here together but I can say because even my own peers have said it themselves this place is a pain to everyone I've witnessed many of my peers that have worked there leave with worst attitudes and feelings of distress and sadness the food here is terrible and there are maggots, cockroaches, animal and bug eggs everywhere even spoiled rotten foods even then my managers and shift leads tell me to use it the moral here is very low and while we try to clean or help the store the manager lets us know that it's fine that he will help it but even then nothing is done I've work opening, closing and peak shifts and nothing is being changed or done about this pest or environment issues proof has been shown and still nothing the food we make is very overpriced for the portions and taste definitely not fresh PLEASE EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS FOOD IS NOT WORTH YOUR HEALTH AND PLEASE EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A JOB THE PAY IS UNFAIR AND DEFINITELY NOT WORTH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH I've talked to managers, supervisors even tried getting to put HR and still nothing is done about it, it is the same incident over and over again but different targets every time definitely need a surprise visit from a health inspector soon so this place can be checked by a professional when it is not prepared I really hope this review helps for current and future customers and employees *I have provided images and videos of the pest problems this place has as well with issues of spoiled and non-sanitary and extremely health concerning areas where most food is placed"

Food was good. Tried their original fish tacos for the first time on Sunday. Kelly, I believe her name was, was super nice, she recommended this plate for us and said it was very popular. My wife and I unintentionally came in a few minutes before closing but she let us know when they were closing since we were going to dine in but she told we can take our time, she was super nice about it & she went an extra mile and made us feel welcomed. Kelly let us know about their Tuesday specials and said we should come back, we definitely will be coming back after this! Excellent customer service, Thank you Kelly.

I had stopped in around 8PM on Sunday night and online it said they close at 8:30. The young lady named KELLY made a nasty face when I walked in and asked if I am picking up an order, I said I would like to place an order. She then proceeded to tell me they close at 8 PM and her coworker told me they don't close till 8:30 and he will take my order. She then hit his arm motioning him to stop talking. She then proceeded to say "no we are closed". I call the restaurant 5 minutes after to ask what time they close and the same girl said "we close at 8:30". I just find it crazy the amount of disrespect that girl had to shoo me away and on top of that LIE to me. I come to this restaurant all the time and for her to treat me like this is unacceptable! I hope management takes their time to deal with this situation because I am very upset with this customer service.

Great restaurant and food! They treat customers great and help solve any issues that arise. I placed an online order that didn't show up on their system, and they immediately took care of me. I have seen them help other customers to make sure they are satisfied. Great atmosphere and clean place as well. Thank you!

Do not eat here, I placed an order online, went to pick it up, and the food was cold. The restaurant was not clean and it was not even that busy to have not been clean. When I open the food and it smelled like old seafood I just threw it away. The fish tacos smelled like they refried them just to be warm enough for an order. Go somewhere else or at least the food will be fresh and hot
