They messed up my order. Ordered dragon drink but I get a pink drink. They make it again. The color is so clear. Barely any coconut.. I know what my dragon drink looks like. The second time there’s too much coconut but oh well I take it. But I ordered LIGHT ice. They put regular ice. Do your job better and read the labels please.. disappointing.

I just went in to sit down and make a call and was approached by one of the staff members telling me that I had to leave the store unless I made a purchase. I could not even sit in their outdoor patio or have use of the restroom. The staff said that its a part of their "Policy". In other words this is a store for paying customers only. Shame on you Starbucks! Sounds racist to me.

Loved this Stabucks. But it is closed down now. They removed a lot of furnishings and equipment. Looks closed for good. Had to drive to the one on Beach and Imperial!

Sometimes I come here and think about my ex wife. She used to get the caramel macchiato, drink half, and then throw the rest away. Then I would ask her why. Because I paid for it. Then she would look at me and say, “I didn’t ask for you to pay for it, Reggie, you did that all by yourself.” Then I would remind her that she was unemployed and I was the breadwinner. This would offend her and make her feel like a lesser person than me.This led to numerous problems in our relationship. Eventually she started to go to Starbucks alone. I was left to ponder, in my chair, whether or not I was being a good husband. Apparently not, because she left me about three months later.Sometimes I come to the Starbucks and order a caramel macchiato myself. It reminds me of her. It’s comforting.Anyway, the service is pretty good and they make the drinks well. Pretty nice location, very convenient for my area.Gobbless

Horrible customer service.I’m an Uber eats driver and I waited patiently at the spot we are told to wait at for 10 minutes, then asked the cashier for assistance, who promptly dismissed me as a second rate citizen and told me to wait without actually helping me determine if the order was being worked on, all the while I watched other customers receive their orders.I must ask that the management of this location not treat any customer like they do not belong or that they are not as important as any other customer.
