Another rude one that Starbucks hired making them look bad. There was a young girl with dark hair in the front on her phone. I literally watched her finished her text. She knew I was there, but wouldn’t look over at me when I finally got her attention I asked for the order not in a rude way, and she of course gives me attitude that she wants to give people so much Overall just low quality service. I’m surprised you guys hire people like this.

Went in to pick up my drink and asked for a restroom code. worker asked if I ordered a drink. I told her yes, but she asked my name and checked if I really ordered a drink before she gave me a code. Very unpleasant experience

This location used to be the best, every order was perfect!! Unfortunately recently we’ve been getting drinks that taste burnt and watered down :( hoping the previous quality returns soon
