The owner is one of the rudest people I have dealt with. He asked me to sit down while he made my sandwich so he can concentrate. From the moment I walked in the door he was very rude. This was my first and last visit. There is a subway on imperial and Idaho I normally go to and have never had a bad experience. On the way home I found this one and thought I give it a shot. Never again. The owner should really hire some employees since he seems to careless about customer service.

The owner of this subway messed up my order and refused to make me a new sandwich. He did not care about customer satisfaction and simply asked us to leave if we were upset. I would not recommend this subway to anyone.

The owner is so rude there is another one on imperial hwy you should drive down more there nice.... He didn't want to give my son white bread. Because we messed up onour bread lol.

I order a footlong sandwich for delivery from this location and I never received it they said they would have it redelivered but they didn’t. And no one would pick up the phone when I tried to call and address the issue.

Horrible. I walk in there’s a older lady by herself behind the counter. I order a cold cut and she looks and me in confusion. Then ask what bread I tell her the Italian herbs and cheese she then points at each bread and I have to direct her to which bread I was talking about. Then she makes the sandwich like it’s her first day and doesn’t even know how to close the sandwich up and roll it up in the paper. The thing that upset me the most isn’t that she clearly didn’t know what she was doing but it’s subway and whoever is managing that place is terrible. Why would you leave a new hire or someone who clearly struggles by themselves. She was the only one in there she needed help. If I could tell immediately that she was new or didn’t help so should the manager or whoever is creating the schedule.

i called to put in a order and the employee answered saying i canta order over the phone and hanged up the phone.. he was really rude didn't let me ask how can i put in my order... i apologize if you are having a rough time at work but there is no need to be rude to another customer.. i work in the customer service field so i know how frustrating it can be but there is no need to let it get to you and take it out on others

Best service I've had from any bbn other subway.Plus the girl made my sub fast and nice very neatly prepared.Unlike others aubs where they just grab a bunch of everything and toss it in there.The girl was very polite.

Employee didn't wash her hand after sweeping floor. Disgusting. She had a runny nose too.
Ordered Doordash. Friver verified order for accuracy. Identified order was wrong no mayo on one sub. Person decided to simply wipe the mayo off instead or remaking order. I am allergic!!!!! That's not the end other order was a BLT wrap. Apparently they ran out of the tortilla for wrap. They decided to give me flat bread instead... why???? Just cancel the order at that point. Do not go to this place trust face to face os worse.
So many bad reviews, but I think most people need to understand one thing. Nobody wants to work a menial job. I did it in high school, but that was an after school job. These jobs are meant for younger people trying to build a resume that includes a great work ethic. It's paid dividends over my career.Their food is always fresh. The store is clean. The staff is friendly, even with a high turnover of employees. It's one of my go to sammy places, and they have the best lemonade. 5 stars from this customer.
