I had a great experience at this Subway! The staff were friendly and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it — fresh bread, crisp veggies, and everything tasted great. The place was clean and well-organized, and the service was quick even during a busy time. I really liked how easy it was to customize my sub and grab a quick meal while shopping nearby. Definitely one of the better Subway locations around La Habra — consistent quality and great service every time!

The girl was on the phone the “entire time”she must’ve had earbuds in Her ears.
The entire time from the bread to the register ringing me up she was on the phone with somebody.
She also spoke Spanish and had a heavy accent and I really couldn’t understand her.
And when I got home, sat down to eat she put stuff in my sandwich that I didn’t even ask for.
This subway is in Walmart La Habra on Beach Boulevard.

Unfriendly staff, rude I asked for something to drink (a water cup) and they refused to me give me one. Saying they didn't had one had I saw a worker drinking from one

Mara needs to learn English before work at any restaurant field. She doesn’t deserve to work at Subway so rude annoying attitude when customers having questions especially she was on the phone using apple watch worst service I ever experienced.

I had the worst experience of my life today at this restaurant.
Long stories make it short, if you order sandwiches here you are never going to get what you want.
Subway sandwiches have been my favorite fast food since high school.
You can choose and add only the vegetables or ingredients you like, and you can leave out the ones you don't like. If I had read the Google reviews before going to this restaurant, I wouldn't have had the worst experience I had today.
As several people wrote in their reviews, the manager of this restaurant, a woman named “Mara,” is stingy when it comes to putting ingredients into sandwiches.
I asked for extra jalapeños to be added to the Tuna sandwich, but she said the rule is to add 4 pieces, and she cannot add extra. If customers request more, she can put 8 pieces at the maximum.
I've been to Subway dozens of times over the years, but this is the first time I've heard an employee say the number of jalapenos, the number of onions, the number of spinaches, and the number of vegetables.
So, I told her, I got it. Since your restaurant is run by a franchise company, I will file a complaint with the headquarters. I told her, “Your attitude towards customers is very rude. However, she ignored me and kept repeating the same thing until I told her to shut up and give me my sandwiches
I know I used bad words. But her attitude and behavior towards to customer were very unpleasant.
End up she completely made my sandwiches, and she cancelled my order.
Horrible service and a shameful waste of food.
I will never go back to this restaurant again if she continues to work and will report what happened today via email to subway headquarters office. I know nothing will change, but employees who are rude to customers like her will only cause damage to the restaurant image. I will post this on Yelp and Google reviews.
