I recently had a fantastic experience at The Crab Shack. Despite placing a last-minute to-go order, the staff was incredibly accommodating and efficient. The freshness of the seafood was unparalleled, and the flavors were a delightful symphony of taste. The food was pretty good, service was good and the price on the food was average. The reason I'm giving it a 3 start is because a picture of beer was $33!!!!!! and a bottle is $8! . That's price gouging i will not be going back there's plenty of other restaurants.

We were bummed when Oh Crab! Closed recently but found this great alternative.Bag of shrimp, mussels and clams with there buttery sauce and wild spice, was more than enough for a family of four. Reheating it tomorrow will make for a great dinner. Customer service made this place feel homey and welcoming! We are planning our next trip and will try the bag with crab. The gumbo needs a little more seasoning but will try the chowder next.

I’m here visiting family and I really wanted a seafood boil. I ordered through Google food and my ítems were stolen. I called the restaurant and they told me to call chow now. I called chownow and they said to callback to the restaurant. No help, no assistance, and no empathy. I even had my dad check our ring camera. The food never showed. Hard earned money wasted.

Excellent food and service. It's a bit pricey. Very attentive and friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere and welcoming. Been here 4 times in the last 2 years and never disappoints. Food is always amazing.

The food is great I dislike the fact that the managers are really strict when it comes to a limit in sauce strictly 2 only which is crazy made no difference if I get another bag or not. You can’t even pay extra for sauce in the bag really disappointing.

Warning Do Not order #1 to go ! I ordered double shrimp & mussels. The shrimp was mushy, this is second time it happened. I think because food is so hot & sits in bag in juice it keeps cooking. If you want eat at crab shack dine-in , the food is delicious. I won't be wasting my money ordering take out ever again a complete & total waste of hard earned money.
