No signs stating it's $40 an hour. Nobody introduced us, when we walked in. They just threw us in a room and the beers are too expensive.

This past weekend I visited the Plus Karaoke Bar and had an amazing night! The music selection was diverse and enjoyable, the karaoke performance was awesome and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The price of drinks was very affordable, and the atmosphere was energetic and lively. Not only did I have a great time karaoke-ing and laughing with family, but I was also able to enjoy some delicious flavors of Soju. I highly recommend anyone to check out the Plus Karaoke Bar if they are in the area, as it is sure to provide a fun and entertaining experience. 5 stars all around!

There’s a 50+ year old guy with bleached hair here that has problems. Asked me if I was a customer and which room I was in, when I just got there with my 4 years old son and he needed to used the bathroom. We went there for a friends birthday. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Bad food. Bad service. Bad sound quality. And there are hostesses coming in and out of this place.

Very very very limited English songs.The sound quality was terrible with so much feedback and echoing after echoing after echoing after every single word.At 40+ an hour to sing karaoke, you'd think drinks would be reasonable priced.But expect to pay 7/8 per coors light.I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. Very overpriced and terrible venue with terrible sound. Just go to a bar to sing for free if I could Give it negative stars I would

It was totally amazing! very clean, the staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Locals are friendly. Just like you're a rockstar in a real studio! by far the coolest hangouts for the family, friends or a date!!!

Our first time At Firefly. We came here for my birthday. What a beautiful place and the ambiance and attention to detail amazing. Food was hands down delicious. My husband had the steak and I had the pasta. Definitely will be back.

The front of house attendant was VERY accommodating when I came in with my group of 10 last night. The facility was great, felt clean, and the system was fun. My recommendation is to create a full map of the remote in English. There's currently about 10 buttons labeled in English, but I would have liked to know what the other buttons do as well. Great time here, will come back again!!
