Wetzel's Pretzels

Went there to use a coupon, service was good, pretzel was good but watching employee make the pretzels made me cringe, she used same gloves to cut , shape, dip, ring customers up, wipe her shirt, I've worked in food for years you don't do that, please train your employees to change their gloves please

Oh my goodness, when I say it STINKS in there, it stinks so badly!!! Smells very strongly of sewage. Not sure if it's a building issue because the other restaurant in the same complex also smells terrible. I see this has been an issue for months, so why is no one fixing it? Why are restaurants able to operate when it smells like fecal matter in there?

On top of the smell, we also got a completely raw pretzel yesterday. We were able to pull it apart and roll it back up. The entire pretzel was raw in the middle.

I think they have a plumbing issue because I’ve gone 4x in the past 2 months and everytime I walk in it smells like human feces. I asked the guy next to me if he smelled it last time and he said yes it’s always smelled like that. Also food isn’t always fresh but the plumbing issue and smell is terrible. Hopefully they get that fixed

I always come to the one in Brea mall and buy lunch for my kids every week. In the past, I received my point thu the app. However, today I het no point in my acct and the lady name Eva claimed that it's the system issue but not her. In addition, she has the worst attitude yelled and nasty to me who is the customer. She kept saying g it's not her fault, it's the system and nothing she could do. She needs to learn to treat the customer right and also need to know how the system works and never point fingers at customer or blamed on her system. I would never come to this one again.

You NEED to fix the door. Upon entering I actually got a huge hit on my ankle because the door swung closed SO FAST. It broke skin and left me with lasting pain and a slight limp. You need to replace the damper on the door!! This is critical safety protocol for a door.

This place is the highlight of my week! I love coming in after work to get a pretzel and some lemonade, and I’ve noticed since the management changed it is so much better quality!!! I really didn’t like the self order kiosk they had before, but now it’s gone and I’ve noticed I get my food so much faster! They’re always so sweet too, I’m glad it’s so close to my home!!

Got the Baja pretzel dog, worst mistake ever. You can’t hold it because it falls apart and it’s drenched in sauce. You need a bib and wet naps to try and eat it. Stick to regular pretzels

Bought a hot dog and pizza twist. Both were not hot. Not even luke warm. Dough was not fully cooked. I was the only person there. Normally I’m very understanding if a place is very busy or understaffed. Overall I perfer the mall Wetzel’s better.
