This place misses in food quality. I LOVE wetzels and was super excited for it, but so far nothing has really blown me away. I would give it 3.5 if that was an option but the overall review seems to be pretty accurate

I was never really a huge fan of pretzels, but wanted to try this spin-off place. You can order at a kiosk or up front. - Pizza Bomb Twistz: This wasn't bad, but could've used more pepperoni. It's definitely very cheesy. - Baja Elote Loaded Bitz: The portions for this were much bigger than I had thought. I liked this more than the Pizza Bomb Twistz even though I'm a meat lover and there's no meat on here. I wouldn't mind trying other things on the menu here next time, but definitely gotta watch out since they are super calorie dense!

So I tried the wetzel in the brea mall and was in question if I would ever try this establishment again. Today my son offered to come buy me some and this this place was 10x better and boy am I happy I went. Pretzels here were fresh as can be, friendly service and super clean building , they even have a kiosk you can order from if you prefer too instead. Although I wish twisted was recognized on the wetzel app, I'm not mad at my experience one bit and I'll definitely be coming back !

Finally checked out Twisted by Wetzel's and gotta say it was really disappointing. To be fair we went in about 40 min before closing, but that shouldn't make a difference to the quality or customer service. First off the two employees working didn't say Hello, Welcome, nothing. It was like we weren't even there. You order at a kiosk which I don't love, but ok fine. I didn't expect food to come out fast because we ordered 2 dogs and 2 pretzel's, but it did take a little bit. That's fine I'm patient, but the A/C blowing arctic wind really made waiting rather miserable. Maybe that's why the employees looked so miserable themselves because no one could be bothered to even crack a smile and there was absolutely no sense of urgency to get the order out. We felt extremely unwelcome and can't say we want to come back. The Pretzel Dogs we got were super difficult to eat because the pretzel was so hard on the bottom. I didn't even eat the whole thing because I couldn't chew it. So I don't know if these things stay in a warmer forever or if they' were just over "reheated", but I wouldn't order here again. The regular pretzels were fine, but overall I think driving to the mall or downtown Disney is a better place to spend my money. When the order was ready we barely got any acknowledgment. Just some muttering and the girl pushing a bag our way. Overall I do not recommend this place. If anyone from management cares or wants to improve may I suggest at least saying hello to your customers or acknowledging they're even present. That alone would do wonders. Lastly the food needs to all be edible. At the very least one need not be worried about breaking their jaw trying to eat a pretzel dog. Customer Service was a 0 out of 5 Food is a 3 out of 5 Quality 3 out of 5.

The pretzle bites are, SO delicious, and the orange frozen slushy is amazing.
Great to have a standalone store without going to the mall! Service is good, staff friendly.

Mid day treat without having to go into the mall. Stopped by twisted because kid were craving the mini hot dog pretzels bites. Super cute and clean inside. I ordered at the self serve iPad, easy to use. My order was ready in less than 5 min, it wasn't busy, but it seems like they got it together. Craving satisfied.

The employee paola was so nice! She really helped me with my order and took her time explaining the menu since it was my first time coming here, i thought it would be like those pretzels at the mall but it's so much different. She was a great help, i would be definitely coming back here, she made the experience so much better!

Great spot to go for a sweet or savory craving. The location is very clean and the staff were super friendly. We ordered cinnamon pretzel bites and pizza bites and both are delicious. They also have ice cream that's served on pretzel a cone which I will be going back to try.
