We drove through and almost everything was wrong. Missing a kids drink, missing fries, didn’t give us the correct food and the burger was missing bacon.

Went to get the Krabby Patty meal and they guy didn't even mix the frosty. It was just ice cream and a layer of syrup floating on top. Not even a frosty, I could've made it better at home like what. Food was alright, nothing really to write home about; but waaaaay overpriced for the quality and service

I rarely put reviews out to places. But when you have the worst customer service experiment through drive-through, it definitely does seem right to put one. Especially when there are so many customers coming at different hours of the day. I was rushed to look at the menu. I only said one item and was given my total. As soon as I got to the window I was just given my total very rudely. I honestly will travel further next time to another Wendy’s then to come here again and be mistreated. If they’re that upset about their job they shouldn’t be working there at all!
My app didn't work I was buying lunch for the work crew and the bill was like 80 or so and was told to go thru customer service.. I sent a message to customer service they said sorry buy I needed to start a new account.. I will go else where when I buy for a large group in future the benefits of the app would have been nice so offer from customer service to credit my account etc .. next

This is my frist time ordering food at a Wendy's because my husband and i had a free small frosty. We put our order in with the free frosty codes and went. When we pulled up the the person at the window seemed annoyed and keeping sighing as we were an inconvenience to them. I let it go since i know fast food can be rough some days but then he proceed to tell us there was no frosty point and done, no sorry didnt apologize and went straight to gave us a substitute personally i would had perfered if I was given a vouch for another free frosty for another day since that was the reason we went. He proceeded to sigh loudly due to i guess took too long to accept the stubition. I would had been more understanding to the attitude if there was a line behind but we were literally the only car in the drive thru and store. we left with our food and stubitions feeling confused and angry. As a frist impression to just a WENDY'S chain this was the worst experience to any fast food chain I had in general. Very unprofessional and very sad to see that management see this type of behavior to be accepted towards frist time coustmers.

Used a promo to order a free frosty and decided to get a combo in addition just to make it worth the go. I arrived to pick up my mobile order as I pull up to the window they inform me that frostys are unavailable. That was the entire reason for the order in the first place, they offered a small soda or a cookie as a substitute. I am out my free promo frosty and got a subpar substitution for my inconvenience. I would of appreciated a voucher for a frosty to come back a different day. Night management was not helpful and seemed to be too bothered to even try to be a little understanding about the inconvenience. He was very disinterested in trying to remedy the issue for both of my orders and the vouchers we used. Very unapologetic staff and seemed too annoyed to deal with us. We were the only people there the drive through and store was empty. Food tasted horrific for a tiny 10 dollar excuse for a burger, couldn't get more than 1 bite out of it before spittingit out. I want a full refund of both my order, horrible experience would never recommend it. Now I know why I avoided going to Wendy's will not be going again, only to get my full refund. Do not eat here.

I know it's fast food and people aren't going there for the service but if you were... don't bother. I've been coming here for a bit... and generally, even if people aren't overly friendly... its ok. However, tonight....... not sure what was wrong with the employees, but you could feel the annoyance. My bad, I guess I'll just not come here anymore if that's what yall want.

Get to the drive through and the guy was super rude taking my order. Ordered a baconator that's supposed to have 6 strips of bacon and it has 2 broken in half. The quality of this Wendy's has really gone down over the years.
