Also if you ask for no ice they give you a smaller cup? On a drink that gets upcharged??

Every single time we have gone to this location something is forgotten. The last time I called and spoke with a gentleman and explained I was missing an entire combo meal with a baked potato upgrade and asked to be refunded only on that item I was told I would have to return the item in order to receive the refund. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to return an item I didn’t receive???? This was also after having to call the store for several hours before anyone even answered the phone. I was finally rudely told to just bring the receipt and I’d get a refund. The funniest part of the situation was that I had asked him didn’t you guys notice you had an extra chili cheese baked potato sitting in the pass bar? He did in fact notice it, I suppose that’s what I had to return to get my refund. Never again, employees are extremely rude including management.

Went to get the Krabby Patty meal and they guy didn't even mix the frosty. It was just ice cream and a layer of syrup floating on top. Not even a frosty, I could've made it better at home like what. Food was alright, nothing really to write home about; but waaaaay overpriced for the quality and service

I rarely put reviews out to places. But when you have the worst customer service experiment through drive-through, it definitely does seem right to put one. Especially when there are so many customers coming at different hours of the day. I was rushed to look at the menu. I only said one item and was given my total. As soon as I got to the window I was just given my total very rudely. I honestly will travel further next time to another Wendy’s then to come here again and be mistreated. If they’re that upset about their job they shouldn’t be working there at all!
