Best customer service I've ever experienced at any restaurant, including fine dining. Unexpectedly made our night and we are still thinking about the experience days later.

I had been craving their chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries for a while. I ordered for my boyfriend and I (3 chili cheese dogs, 2 chili cheese fries, 1 chili cheese burger, an Oreo shake, and a root beer float). Food was warm and just as tasty as I remember. The drive thru worker was kind enough to apply a discount that saved me a little over $5 dollars. I appreciate the great customer service.

Wonderful ice cream. The vegan hotdogs are good. Overpriced for what you get. It’s nice to have an option though when you’re super hungry and you pass by.Vegetarian options: The hotdogs are vegan. They are overpriced. In a pinch though they work. The one on imperial and Harbor charges almost $5 for one hotdog with no sides.

Hot dogs were overly salty; got the Chicago and the BBQ pork. Fries are good in a pinch. Their ice creams/soft serves is where it's at though. Freezers are super thick and the cones are classic bliss.
