I really appreciate that Wingstop offers halal options it’s a big reason I choose them over other spots. But honestly, the service needs work. I usually end up paying $15 20 more just for the halal option, so you’d expect better customer service. Half the time no one picks up the phone, and when they do, they tell me it’ll be ready in 30minutes. I show up 35 minutes later, and I’m still waiting around another 20 just to get my order. If I’m paying extra, the experience should feel worth it from answering calls to getting the timing right.

Mostly about the service. I ordered online for delivery through wingstop website. Didn't receive half my order. Called the store and spent 20 minutes on hold. Spoke with three different people. None were apologetic. "Manager" tried to blame in Uber driver, when I ordered direct from wingstop and confirmation email told me to contact store for issues. Then they then told me to come to store to pick up missing items, when I paid for delivery. I asked to either refund or have missing items delivered. They finally agreed to refund my money in 7-14 days. When I asked for confirmation information,they hung up on me.

They told me my order was gonna take 15 min which is fine. However, some people who came in after us got their orders before us. I wanted to ask how much longer and two female workers snapped & gave me attitude. Very off putting response to a simple question. They need more work on customer service, but can’t expect much from a fast food worker……. & mind you they weren’t even busy to be getting worked up.

This was our second time visiting this place at night, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing again. We ordered 20 traditional wings, but they seemed refried—hard, burnt, and had an off-putting smell. It's frustrating that they can't seem to provide fresh wings. I wouldn’t mind waiting for a fresh batch, especially since that's what I’m paying for. While the customer service was decent, the food quality was not, and I won’t be returning.
I thought I loved wing stop.but this place made me hate it. Better off getting canes.

NASTY.Worst fries I have come across in years! VERY EXPENSIVE for chicken nuggets with sauce dumped on top. Table was sticky/not clean. Employees loud laughing and playing.... all in all a very unpleasant lunch break.

Worst service. I called and asked about Halal tenders and wings and they said it’s available and I ordered and they said to come in 40 minutes to pick. When I got there they said someone else wanted halal tenders so they sold it to them ??♀️You gave my order to someone else. I drove all the way to pick and hear that they gave my order to somebody else. No apologies. Never going back again there.
