This was the third or fourth time I've tried to call ahead to place a phone order and NOBODY answered! I called 3x, once with my ID blocked and let it ring for 5+ minutes each time, then when I went inside to pick up my food and tell them I called multiple times (WHILE I was calling AGAIN with the phone RINGING on MY end but NOT ringing IN the STORE ), the manager turns ON their phone's ringer WHILE I'M CALLING THEM and STILL DOESN'T ANSWER! They weren't busy at all and seemed like they were just avoiding taking orders..

After a cheer game (im 13 and had uniform on) i went to wingstop with my mother and the bundle we usally had was no longer served so my mother asked if there were any substitutes and the cashier lady at the front (wore soft makeup with a lot of highlighter) told my mom not to get a attitude with her and was very unprofessional over nothing. my mom did not have a rude tone and even apologized. i tried to order again because i left and went to thibk about if i wanted to eat here and she was being very disrespectful and now i tried to call and place a order and after i gave the name the person on the phone said “uh no” and immediately hung up. this is extremely disappointing since wingstop is something i look foward to. if they will treat a kid like this imagine how they treat you.

I really appreciate that Wingstop offers halal options it’s a big reason I choose them over other spots. But honestly, the service needs work. I usually end up paying $15 20 more just for the halal option, so you’d expect better customer service. Half the time no one picks up the phone, and when they do, they tell me it’ll be ready in 30minutes. I show up 35 minutes later, and I’m still waiting around another 20 just to get my order. If I’m paying extra, the experience should feel worth it from answering calls to getting the timing right.

Mostly about the service. I ordered online for delivery through wingstop website. Didn't receive half my order. Called the store and spent 20 minutes on hold. Spoke with three different people. None were apologetic. "Manager" tried to blame in Uber driver, when I ordered direct from wingstop and confirmation email told me to contact store for issues. Then they then told me to come to store to pick up missing items, when I paid for delivery. I asked to either refund or have missing items delivered. They finally agreed to refund my money in 7-14 days. When I asked for confirmation information,they hung up on me.

I wanted to ask how much longer and two female workers snapped & gave me attitude. Very off putting response to a simple question.
