Applejacks is always a fun place to hang out with really nice locals. Stop in if you are over on the coast and want to go a little inland to warm up and grab a drink. Its always 10 degrees warmer in la honda so thats nice.They do occasionally have food and bands so its with it to call and see whats going on for the day if your not local enuff to just pop in and see yourself. It is a no frills place so if your looking for a blended daiquiri this isn't the place for you....
We didn't get dinner but the Saturday grilled steak n mash looked n smelled amazing! Friendly folk, especially chatty patrons. Limited parking. Mostly a biker bar and they don't have any actual Apple Jack (super bummed lol)
I stopped by for one of their weekend BBQ events. The food is fantastic, the setting in the huge redwoods is amazing and the building makes you feel like it's a hundred years ago. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Oh, and they had a high quality band playing outside on the deck. I'll be going back for sure!
