The homemade corn tortillas where so good that even my hater wife loved them. Fish was fresh, staff was friendly and the patio was perfect with the small firepit.

Out of the 4 things we ordered 1 was good. I was bummed with the lack of taste and their rice seemed like it was bad, had a weird metal taste. Service was great. Will not go back.

Friendly staff on a quiet Tuesday night. Ceviche and fish tacos were great. Will return again!

The food was ok, expensive 12$ fir small vegetables taco. The restaurant was empty and the bar tender offered us shots and and was nice but we politely declined, he said again holding a bottle of tequila are you sure? We said ok let's have together with you. After that he charged us for it. We thought it was a gift and when we asked them that said it wasn't but they will charge us only for one it was like 37$ for the them. I
There was a singer that night. Despite the fact that it was way too loud, the ambiance was great, the staff always nice and smiley (and also singing Amy Winehouse ? with the singer). Good food, nice plate for the kids and great outdoor space!
3.5 stars. Even though the ambience was lovely, the food nicely presented and our waiter very nice, the coconut ceviche and sea bass needed way more flavor, and the restaurant was kind of empty on a Thursday evening. The Brussels sprouts and arepas were the tastiest items we tried.

As a local, I like to find new spots to become regulars at. This place is unfortunately not going to be it due to a few different things that happened during our dinner. 1. Drinks were inconsistent. Some were strong and some were weak 2. Fiancé is allergic to avocado and her food came out with it anyway. By the time a replacement came, everyone else's food was cold 3. The food runner bringing out the items was drunk and slurring his words 4. Drink service was very very slow 5. I unfortunately felt like we continually had to flag our server down for things I wanted to love this place, but at $300 for 4 people it was not it.
I can’t believe that this restaurant isn’t sold out every night. I loved the Chilean sea bass and pork belly. And the cocktails are amazing. Combined with incredibly attentive service.

This place has phenomenal food. The new chef has definitely stuck in his claws into the kitchen and is pumping out amazing dishes. You can taste the fresh ingredients in every bite. With the most killer chilaquiles during brunch time, definitely worth going back time and time again.

One of the best brunch's I've found in San Diego. I took my wife and kids out to walk by La Jolla Cove and stumbled upon Aldea. We had amazing patio seating, great service and a delicious menu. Not sure what you put in those eggs, but my kids were obsessed with them! I highly recommend Aldea to anyone looking for a fun family spot.
Terrible service and Terrible food. While visiting La Jolla, we stopped by for dinner. I don't mind waiting and paying good money for good food, but this place failed epically.

Very nice place in a great location. I'm glad the hostess pulled our attention. They took good care of our two dogs and the service was friendly and professional. The drinks were so good, and they have a nice looking bar. From food, I would recommend the oysters and the ceviche!! Also, La Jolla salad was so fresh but tricky to eat.

This is a new spot worth your time!
To start the cocktails and bottle wine list is nicely edited and the 50-50 Paloma was perfect (and I’m a gin drinker!)
I’m usually skeptical that the Aguachile will be worth while. This one is delicious! Nice flavors and fresh tasting!
The calamari was light and crisp, tender and perfectly prepared.
We shared the braised beef dish. It was SO tasty and good quality! Super generous portion, so ideal for sharing.
The service was excellent and spacious, relaxed ambiance felt really relaxing. We’ll be back!

We had a great experience. The wait staff made us feel very welcome. They provided very good suggestions for the cocktails and the food. The food was interesting and well prepared. Loved the ambiance - very comfortable and attractive booths. The Happy Hour is worth checking out. Will definitely be back!
