Went this morning to the La Jolla CA location, it wasn't opened and it has a "call number to lease" sign on the store front, open light up sign is gone. Yet all searches and official websites say the location is open to visit in person/delivery/order pick up and gives hours. I called the phone number listed on the official company website for the La Jolla location and got an automated voice message that they have not yet set up their phone messaging and to call back later

They were out of original so I got honey butter instead and it was so good. I got it with chocolate filling. Crust was very crunchy and had the right amount of saltiness+sweetness. Chocolate filling was also not too sweet but flavorful.

Holy grail of cream puffs. This little shop is amazing. The cream puffs exceeded expectations by 1000% The cream puffs are light and airy, not too heavy, a perfectly light and satisfying dessert. Perfectly cooked and the cream is not too sweet. Highly recommended!!

What a fun find! We love cream puffs, and to be able to choose the icing AND the filling gave us lots of flavor combinations. The chocolate icing was yummy with the vanilla and the chocolate fillings. What a treat!

Purchased half a dozen original cream puffs with vanilla filling. The filling was great, but the puffs were a bit over cooked and tough.

High expectations due to the hype but this is NOT your mom's cream puff. The service was good, but the cream puff lacking and very disappointing. The shell was cold and hard, maybe old, and the vanilla filling was not very rich, maybe not custard like you would expect. The chocolate was ok but not thick. Maybe what mom made cannot be duplicated in mass. I'll keep searching!
