I have to say that this location has some of the friendliest staff. The barista named Summer was so wonderful to have a chat with while she was making my drink. Not only did my pumpkin latte turn out awesome (and she made a really neat latte art pumpkin on top), but she was just so happy to be making it. The drink was great, but go here for the extra service. Hard to find at Starbucks these days. 5 stars.

This is my favorite Better Buzz in San Diego. I always receive great service and the people that work there are so nice. This morning Vincent made my my drink, it was exactly how I wanted and he was great and very sweet and made sure I liked my latte before I left. A+ service.

I go here often since I work in the area and like caffeine but today they sold me a drink that actively drips while sipping it
(Ps, this is besides the point and comes with the territory of having a open air coffee shop but there are occasionally bees landing on the sweeteners behind the desk and flies in the bakery cabinet)
