Our “go to” sushi restaurant in the village. Everything is always fresh, especially the king salmon sushi and sashimi. The non-sushi dishes are quite good as well (ramen, buns, salads). Nice view and decent service - no issues at all but don’t expect Eddie V’s approach. Their model is more flexible such that different people can take your order and deliver the food.

Went for happy hour and they have several great deals. Got a seat at the coastal view window booth and couldn't have been happier, more on that later.
$7 spicy tuna roll that was better than most any I've had, they mix the spicy in the patte like I've not seen. 10/10. Happy Sushi plate that was a delicious combo of 4 good sized salmon and tuna sashimi, delicious. 4 maki tuna pieces, yum. Then the 4 piece sashimi of salmon, tuna, yellowtail and albacore (the winner).
Happy hour sake was a bit too sweet but mellowed as I ate. The house wine was also pretty decent.
The view though was the icing on the cake. Cormorants were all over the cove just chilling. Seals were in a cute pod and playing in the surf. Pods of dolphins were popping around. Flocks of seagulls were a delight. The sun was setting and it was gorgeous.

An amazing view of the ocean if you request to sit next to the window. We waited at least 10 minutes before anyone spoke to us while seated and it was very slow. The food was good! The service was okay, they had gluten free noodle options, but the most of the broths itself were not GF. the view was so so beautiful which made the evening so lovely! Not too expensive, lots of space for large parties.
Great views if you can get one of the window seats. Food was good and portions size was good.

Overall, this is an excellent dinner spot to visit. Prices are reasonable and competitively priced for an upper class restaurant. I took a date here and we ordered ramen, sushi, and miso soup. All were excellent. I needed to ask the wait staff to bring me water and utensils, but they were always quick to respond and responsive. The atmosphere is wonderful. We visited at night and didn't see the ocean view, but the interior design was delightful.
Parking: Street parking can be difficult based on the day and time in the area. We had parked far away and walked over, but it was not a long walk.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere appeared to be very kid-friendly.
