This location is extremely dirty. In the kitchen, there was food all over the counter and floor. It all looked very unsanitary. The dining area wasn't much better.

I’ve always loved Cava. So much that I’m even invested in Cava stock. This was my first bad experience and it makes me not want to eat Cava anymore.The “Manager” at this location had zero sympathy for my order that had half portions of everything and 4 measly pieces of chicken when I ordered double portions as I always do. The bowl wasn’t even half full of all the ingredients including the sides and dips.He goes on to say that he’s personally been “enforcing” correct portion sizes and fired all of the staff that don’t listen to him. This guy does not belong in a management position and shouldn’t be working in the service industry at all. I wish I knew his name but he’s a joke and I will be reporting him to corporate. Stay away from this location altogether.

Love the food, but do not recommend to order for delivery. Ordered through their website and it was a 2hr delivery estimate for 5 meals at a location around the corner. When I saw the delivery window took 2 hours, I wanted to contact the location to see if I could pick it up, but could not get ahold of anyone. Could not figure out how to cancel the $100 order either, so we were stuck waiting. Avocados weren't ripe on 2 meals, and 1 meal was not included. Won't be ordering delivery for the crew again. Thought the portions were significantly smaller than dine-in portions too.

I hardly ever write reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve visited and they don’t have the pickled onion topping. It’s my favorite topping and it makes the dish so much more delicious (imo)! I’m always disappointed that it’s unavailable. I asked the lady working if they’re out of stock and she just shrugged and didn’t say anything. Other than that though this place is delicious and I’ll rate it 5 stars when I get my onions finally ❤️

Cava always rock! I love their bowls and specially since they have different menus every so often! Today I tied the Harissa Avocado. It has a kick! Love it!
Always tastes great, although serving sizes do fluctuate every time I go. The employees do seem to not be familiar with the limited time menu items, as I asked about the Basalmic Date Chicken and they seem confused about it and told me they didn’t have it even though it was on the menu.

First time goer. Friendly staff, awesome food. Was looking for a fast casual place for my lunch break. Co-worker mentioned Cava and decided to give it a try. Nice concept, fast, and healthy. Would def recommend.
