Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. We tried to call them multiple times and they would not answer or tell us when they were delivering our pizza. We waited four hours with no response. One of us even drove to the location to check. They told us they would deliver our pizza in 20 minutes when we arrived at the store, but nothing happened. After waiting at home for another hour we called them and they answered after calling maybe 20 times. They said on the phone “What is your solution to this problem? The solution would be to give us our pizza or tell us at least what is going on. This was a horrendous experience. Please fire the manager asap.

Worst service ever. Said wait for 15 minutes and 30 minutes later my order was no ready. When the pizza finally ready was no fully cooked, them one lady work here burned my pizza. I not recommend this place. Bad atmosphere and attention to the customer.

The worst customer service experience. I ordered via the app. The tracker said my order was ready and I waited for carside delivery. Agter several minutes, I went in to get my order. The young man said they must have forgotten to do my order. I was in a hurry and I asked to cancrl/refund my order. He said he was a delivery driver and did not know how to do it. I came back later and asked to see manager on duty. Young guy went to back office and said manager was on break and said he not come to the front. He said the manager would void the order later and it would get refunded. A few days later, the pending charge became complete. I am out $26.69 and was given no food. This is beyond BAD. I am pursuing the matter through Dominos National Customer Service hotline. Terrible, just terrible

Ordered pizza and wings, provided payment info and never heard from this place again. Called several times, placed on hold, never heard from a human again. Got to hear the energetic and annoying promo while on hold, over and over though. No food, nothing. If you want to waste your time, order from this place and then go order from somewhere else.

Timely delivery and the best domino's pizza I've ever had. They did a great job at loading it with toppings. Appreciate the service.

Ordered a pizza to pick up. My kids wanted to sit down & have a few slices. They have a stool that kids can stand on & watch the pizzas being made !! They loved it!Employees were really friendly & the freshly made pizza was yummy! We usually order delivery, but the pickup pizza was soooo good!!
