I’m gonna be honest I never have left a review for anything in my life ever, but Dough Mama’s hot honey pizza is life changing. My girlfriend and i literally talk about it ALL the time. I put all of my friends on to this pizza and dough mama is a staple food place for all my friends/family visiting San Diego. I am Dough Mamas biggest fan. I am Dough Baby.
The pizza here totally hit the spot! We took it to the beach and it was perfect New York-style, flavorful, and we loved adding ricotta. The salad wasn’t our fave (a bit too much arugula), but that pizza? So good. Even the ranch was great. Simple, satisfying, and exactly what we needed for a beach night.
First time ordering pizza from here. We tried the loaded combo it was delicious. Thin crust which we like and the sauce and toppings so good. We will definitely order again. The wait time was minimal with a smooth delivery. Don’t hesitate to try.
