Pretty underrated as it's so out of the way on campus for most student, but the food is honestly not *that* bad considering it is a dining hall. The poke Mondays and Wednesdays are good and same with the hot wings they sometimes have. Didn't get food poisoning thus far so a solid 4 starts from me.
TL;DR:Slightly below-average for HDH. Unless you're in the Apartments, it is not worth the solo walk.Try the Poke bowl (salad station). The personal pizzas are second only to Oceanview Terrace.
