I love coming here for a quick bite to eat. It's always very fresh and tasty. I've started to talking to the man behind the counter and he is so kind. My favorite mom and pop shop

Really good and you feel the neighborhood kind of charm to it. Amazing food and even their small grocery store has some great stuff. 10/10

This is probably the worst Persian restaurant I have ever been to, the owner is a semi-crazy idiot, very rude, and the food was expensive and so so at best.Vegetarian options: Salad was so so

This place is near and dear to my heart. I first went here as a 20 year old UCSD student in the late 90s and continued to eat here regularly until leaving San Diego 3 years ago. Whenever I'm back in San Diego it will be one of the first places I visit. It simply is the best kebabs I've had in my life. I say this as someone who lived in NYC and has traveled around the world a fair bit. Sure, you have to put in an order early during the lunch rush, but there is a reason for it.

I used to come here as a student at UCSD, mostly for takeout, but sometimes eating at the small chairs and tables outside. I still come here, 18+ years now, that’s my recommendation there. When you come, I recommend everything. The same old guy still works there, and always has, and I pray every time I go there he will still be there. Thank you.Parking: There is parking on both sides of the street, and I have always been able to find a spot.

Good, but do not go twenty minutes before closing and expect to get food because you may be turned away. It takes time. Order ahead or go early.

Cooked to order- simple fresh ingredients. Always a consistent, reliable and delicious kabob plate.

Best persian restaurant in California. Moved to the bay area still couldn’t find a better chicken kebab sandwich than here.
