The staff was incredibly friendly and even went above and beyond by adding an extra bagel to my order. However, the bagels themselves were quite ordinary, just like any other bagel. They were warm, but that’s about it. Nothing special. And the ones with seeds (which I usually love, especially sesame seeds) didn’t taste as good as they seemed. For some reason, they didn’t blend together.
To make matters worse, they were running out of schmears. They only had salted butter and one other random flavor. They informed me after I had ordered everything, which was a bit frustrating because if I had known they didn’t have schmears, I wouldn’t have ordered anything.
Overall, it was a rather disappointing experience. I ended up going to the next door store to get some food for myself and my kids.

First advice is get there early like 7 o’clock, bagels are best within the first hour and a half after you get them. Highly recommend.

Unpopular opinion. Very overrated. Went there 30 minutes before they opened and there was a line already. First time trying it. Bagel came out hot but tasted doughy and not done. Didn't like the vegan cream cheese either. Way better bagel in UTC on regents road in the plaza with Vons. I was honestly so confused about the hype. Was not worth it.

Being from NYC and having gone to so many pop up bagels in NYC, I had to try this. I was really hoping to find the same exact bagels I was used to, but something was missing here.
It is almost too soft and is missing that lightly harder (crunchy almost) outer layer that NY bagels have. It is not to say it is a bad bagel, they are good! But not the pop up bagels I just had a week ago in Manhattan.
