I have never written a review for any company so for me to come on yelp and write a review about a place should say a lot...this is not a good review. I am fed up with this starbucks. Its been bad experience after bad experience. A couple months ago i had a bad experience where they forgot part of my order and I had to leave already for work and then i went two weeks later and AGAIN they forgot another part of my order. I gave it some time and didn't go for a while. Today i decided to give them a chance hoping for the best. Of course the SAME THING, they mess up my drink when all i asked for was for them to change the milk....nothing else. Safe to say i am very disappointed that the number one place i go to, to start my day does the complete opposite.

Got the order totally wrong after a 15 minute wait. This franchise should be closed down.

Been coming to this Starbucks for years now since I work across the street. My coworkers and I love when Tania is working ! She makes the BEST drinks. She's always friendly and is such a fast worker.
