Received a 6 inch sub for the price of a footlong (14 dollars). Nowhere does the kiosk indicate that I’m getting a six inch. Have to order 28 dollar worth of food

Sandwiches are super thin. Very little meat and vegetables. Nothing like other subways. I was very disappointed. Basically you get a bread-wich.

Online order took more than 30 minutes to complete
The KIOSKS MUST GO. I received my sandwich in 30 minutes……. Subway has a refined system traditionally. Because of the kiosk, they were accepting orders at far higher rates than they were able to make them on time. Also they didn’t have the bread I wanted so they just used another bread without asking me what I wanted or letting me know about the shortage. They didn’t add sauce on my sandwich either. I will literally never be returning to the subway, and I will tell people not to come until the kiosks are gone.

They had nothing I ordered on the kiosk and when I asked if I could get a refund then they said no. I was confused how I could order it if it’s not even in stock. Then the girl just stood there staring at me while I asked with zero resolution

They have engaged with the kiosk and the wait was over an hour. don't go there if you don't have a lot of time plus it's the college , so , you know there are a lot of college kids as well , but i've been there before and it didn't take this longn

This is a terrible place. Even if you order online it won’t be ready for pick up by the time your lunch break ends. Tried to get a refund after waiting almost one hour and was told. That I need to contact my bank for a cancellation on my order. This place sux. Avoid at all cost!

came here by 4:50 PM in between classes to grab a sandwich asap cause i was hungry. Lady was unfriendly and said they are closed, i asked what time they close, she had to check the time to see it was 4:50 and say they close then to clean up. why does it say it closes at 5pm then?? super disappointing.
