So I haven’t been in the area in years but when coming out here food is just different and fresh. Connor and Sophia are the sweetest and caring waiters and with beautiful personality. Food is delicious and they have a Cupid roll for Valentine’s Day and it’s so delicious and it’s a nice balance of flavors. I Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!!
Sushi Nekosan in La Jolla served incredibly fresh yellowtail carpaccio, perfectly crisp soft shell crab hand rolls, and rich salmon nigiri, all elevated by an amazingly smooth plum sake that tied the whole meal together.

I highly recommend coming to this sushi restaurant if you are in the La Jolla area. One of the best sushi places with outstanding fresh sushi with a variety of roll types that are delicious and a good portion. We had the Dank, Crunchy and The Drew Sen-Yea! Deserves all the attention. Wonderful service too, great atmosphere with heaters and good music.
