We had an amazing experience eating at the Marine Room! The views are incredible, the ambience is amazing with live music, but it still feeling pretty quiet inside the restaurant. The food was so delicious, our server was incredible, and they gave us such special treatment celebrating having just gotten married. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

We made a reservation in advance, once we got to the place the lady in the front told us to take a seat, two girls came in with no reservation and after waiting 20 minutes the girls were seated before us (with no reservation) My husband went and asked what was going on with our table, the girls replied with “they are preparing your table” We got sat by another lady who told us if we wanted to move from table to a better one with more space. To what we replied of course A couple of minutes later the same lady came to tell us she had to move us from seat because a bigger party was gonna sit on our table and we had to move To what i said no thats not our problem That just says how horrible your service is, how can you move someone from a table when they already sat and are comfortable. She left and never came back Later we got out waitress who was in fact very nice and made us feel special to a certain point Until another couple got there she forgot about our desert We waited more for our desert than what we waited for our food The cheesecake felt more on the warm side Food is really not good, honestly its just the views

The wine we ordered wasn't available, but they kindly brought over samples of other options, which was such a thoughtful touch. ordered a filet medium-rare, but it arrived closer to medium. usually don't like sending food back, so kept eating-until halfway through when it became too tough to enjoy. Once mentioned it to our serve, he immediately and professionally resolved the issue. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it made all the difference. A huge thank you to our server, Kevin, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness really made us smile!

Wonderful dining experience, window seats, beautiful sunset. Our host Peter was so nice and attentive. Wish the portions were larger so we had some to take home but otherwise it was the right amount of food. Food was delicious (striped sea bass, filet mignon, strawberry guava cheesecake, smores puff, peruvian style tuna crudo)

We booked the High Tide Menu. There were two reservation times one at 4:30 and one at 7:30. I think it was a little deceiving to call the 430 appointment a high tide at dinner. Specially, when you're booking for an experience . Tom was our waiter and he would be beyond amazing. He more than meet up for the lack of ambience in the restaurant. I heard that the restaurant had gone through a remodel however, in the area, we were sad. I really didn't see that. The food was outstanding. I was really looking forward to this event so that was a little bit disappointing. But like I stated before overall, the food and the service that Tom offered was amazing .

The High Tide dinner experience was dining perfection. Everything from the pre-dinner cocktails to the wine paired tasting menu to the service, the live music and the view was exceptional. My husband and I loved it.

As beautiful as this place is, the experience was less than amazing. Having traveled from out of state I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant for my 30th birthday celebration. I made reservations a month in advance and requested a window seat. Although the impression was made through email that window seats were not guaranteed, I figured that having waited the 10 extra minutes past our reservation time in the lobby/lounge area that we would have been getting our own best view in the house. When we were seated we were placed at a table in the center of the restaurant as it seemed that the tables closest to the windows were still occupied. No more than 1 minute after being seated a table right beside us cleared that was more desirable as it was indeed a table by the window. Our waiter would not allow us to change tables and urged us that other guests would be coming to that table. 20 minutes later that table was still unoccupied and throughout the evening we would watch as other guests would move to tables closer to the windows as we dined. On top of that the food was not up to the standard of a luxury restaurant. This place was purely for the views. I was so disappointed that my experience did not live up to my expectation, I really was looking forward to having enjoyed it.
