We hosted a party of 20 on the patio, and it was an incredible experience. The staff was outstanding, the food was absolutely delicious, and the vibe perfectly matched our expectations. Thank you everyone who contributed to an amazing night!

Caesar salad was large pieces of lettuce that needed to be chopped up more, dressing below average, and a piece of crunchy bread instead of croutons. Also weird call on warm shrimp to go with it, I think they would go better with the salad cold.
The staff were great and the atmosphere was good.

Great fries, pretty good chicken wings, but i took like 20 minutes to cook the food and get it here. The waiter was really nice and helpful.
Kid-friendliness: There was a kids menu with a good amount of choices

This is a beautiful location but the hotel is sadly overlooked- especially the restaurant! Aging interior, no outdoor dining not enough staff and terrible tasting food! Hilton should completely renovate and invest in this beautiful location, add more staff and add dining space to the outdoor terraces which overlook Torrey Pines and the ocean! The waiters were exceptionally nice but they cannot single handedly make up for bad food and overlooked restaurant.
Service was good, all the staff we dealt with were nice.
The food is awful. My wife and I both had the ribeye and it was on par with an Applebees. We were charged more for a drink on the rocks, the carrots we had as an appetizer were not cooked enough. It feels like this place is located in an old casino but you still pay premium prices. Do not go here!

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant because normally hotel restaurants are not great. The service was excellent and the food was awesome! The waiter mentioned that they were trying a new dinner menu so maybe that made a difference. We had both dinner and breakfast there, highly recommend.

You would assume, high endish resort that the food would be pretty good. The Ribeye was about the most unimpressive steak I have had in a long time Asparagus was top notch which is the only thing I finished on the plate. Steak tasted a bit freezer burnt.

Beautiful spot overlooking golf course. Weather was perfect and room with balcony was awesome every morning to watch sunset. Staff was great. Raul served us breakfast every morning. Bell Captain Rich Woods was funny and helpful. Greeted us every morning and told us great places to visit. He also brought us to golf shop on cart it was great. Put a smile on our face every morning. We had a great vacation there, recommend to all. San Diego is amazing place.

The time I spent at Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, was extremely relaxing. The friendly staff and customer service was out of this world. Everyone was super friendly and I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay more. From the hotel room being absolutely spotless and the Bell Captain Richie Woods, being more than helpful during my stay. From helping us with our luggage to the conversations we had daily with him, he was much appreciated. Overall, I could not have enjoyed my stay more than I did and I will most certainly be choosing the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines the next time I visit.
I have stayed at Torrey Pines Hilton several times and it never disappoints! The greeting and assistance you get from Rich Woods, bell captain, is priceless. My family came without specific plans and Rich was super attentive in helping us find activities that excited the family and kept everyone engaged. As long as Rich is the point person when arriving, you know you are in for a good stay. We didn't overlook all the hotel has to offer so spent some time with Raul who helped us at breakfast several times. He was a gem and you can tell he is so happy to work there. We also seeked help from Christian at the front desk late one evening and he was very helpful in pointing to local restaurants that were not so crowded with tourists. Of course we took advantage of the bar on a few occasions and Lee was able to manage quite a few of us with a smile. I will also never get enough of the hotel overlooking the golf course. Instant relaxation when vacation can sometimes be super busy and stressful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Raul at the restaurant downstairs is absolutely amazing. Very sweet and made sure I had everything I needed for an amazing breakfast. Please give this man a raise because he is out here doing the most for his guests.
Sad that this is the second time in a week I'm having to write a review about inaccurate billing for a Hilton family property. Selected the pet fee in the Hilton app when making the reservation and then was apparently assessed the charge again at check in. Then the Diamond on property food and beverage credits were not applied at breakfast. Had to stop by the front desk twice to fix these issues. Really tired of these properties trying to see what they can get away with, hoping the customer won't notice. Certainly not my experience with Marriott or IHG. Other than that expect a lot of nickel and diming. A $36/night resort fee that merits one free beer or house wine (no spirits!) per person in the bar and a bunch of other trivial junk that should be included in the room rate anyway. $40 for self parking - which may be avoided through nearby street parking. Would have been nice if they had asked if we wanted a room overlooking the pool versus the golf course as the pool view rooms are quite noisy.
We had a wonderful stay at the resort during the 34th Annual Cardiovascular Interventions Symposium. The hotel is very accommodating and has everything you need! At the desk, Cheryl and David were very helpful and professional. Everyone at this location are very friendly and courteous and attentive to all of your needs. Thanks again for a great stay!
