The food is delicious and the price is reasonable. The wait is not long. The service is good. There is enough parking.

The food was delicious and explosive with sweet and savoury flavours. The service by Jereme was excellent. The atmosphere was nice. It could’ve been better with some music but still worth it. It is still a must eat.
Highly recommend.

I absolutely love Thai food, and this place is amazing. Great service and great chef who has been at it for over 10 years in one of LABS greatest and he is here now. Come find this hidden gem in LA Jolla.

one of the best Thai food I've had in a while. outside patio was nice. servers were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. It's a little hard to find, just outside and to the right of a gated community on top of Mt. Soledad. I'll definitely be back. only negative is the restrooms could use remodeling.

Food was good but not as great as reviewed. We enjoyed chicken satay, chicken eggplant over rice and tom yum soup. We had very high expectations and it was just good. They were crazy-busy on UCSD graduation weekend, so the delivery driver had to wait a very long time. He was apologetic and the food was warm when it arrived.

We recently celebrated my wife birthday at Turmeric, and it was a truly memorable experience. We had a large party—22 people across two tables—and from start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism.

Brian, the manager, was incredibly courteous and accommodating, making sure our celebration went smoothly. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the patio was beautifully decorated by the chef’s sister, who clearly put a lot of love and thought into the setup. It added such a personal and tasteful touch to the evening.

The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent—which is no small feat with a group our size. While you might expect some hiccups with such a large party, the staff made a clear effort to bring out all the food at the same time. There was only a small mix-up with one guest’s dish, but it was quickly addressed and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

From the ambiance to the attention to detail, everything was 5 out of 5. We truly appreciated how the Turmeric team went above and beyond to make the night special.

Highly recommend for any special gathering or just a great meal out.

We eat here regularly, both dine in and take out. They have delicious authentic Thai food. We have probably eaten half of the options on the menu and haven’t had something we wouldn’t order again. Service can be hit or miss and sometimes they are extremely busy. I recommend making a reservation if you plan to have a weekend dinner here! Their outdoor seating is very lovely The inside can feel a little cramped at times.

We had the pleasure of having Jerome and his service was AMAZING. They customized all our dishes to meet our strict dietary preferences and he knew all the answers and came up with creative ideas that were better than our own. And he was so kind! Even brought our dog water. At the end of our meal we had a heart warming conversation with Puricha about her 20 years in Chang Mai. I don't think I've ever tipped 30% before but it was well deserved.

Some of the best Thai food I have ever had hands down. They don’t serve alcohol but you can bring your own. There’s a lovely little outdoor patio. Super cozy, quaint neighborhood restaurant tucked away on Mt Soledad. We had the turmeric pineapple fried rice and drunken noodles. Ate it all!

Food was meh, but 1 star specifically for the the fact that we waited more than HOUR and HALF (90 minutes!!!!) for one of the kids just to get their simple wings! That’s after asking them over six times after everybody else’s food came out, then having to go up to the front of the kitchen and asking to speak with chef. Only then did we get our food. I understand specific certain instances like being short a worker, but if that’s the case then make the necessary adjustments. Other people shouldn’t be coming in 30 minutes after we’ve started eating and then leaving before us and we still don’t have one of our orders. I appreciate the items that were comped but I would have 100x appreciated the food being on time, or at least a common decency to explain yourself

Delicious fresh thai food ❤️😋the outdoor seating area is soo beautiful 😍❤️ and the staff are soo friendly, attentive and helpful ❤️ the portions are small , so order more items ❤️ i thought two items was enough but i ordered one more entree to go 😎❤️😋 the only complaint is that it was hard to find , i parked in the parking lot where Google said to go but there was no big sign to where the restaurant was. The market that is there is closed so anyone can get confused if the building was available to look around for the restaurant. I was determined to find it because the reviews looked delicious and it was . Hopefully they can get better signage on the outside so they can be even more popular with their fresh Thai food 😎❤️

Parking: The parking lot is great , but you have to search for the restaurant because there is not a big sign on the outside to direct you

Kid-friendliness: Yess , definitely 😎 i saw some children too ❤️😎

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes , the parking lot and tables outside or inside are convenient to anyone
