I was blessed with an opportunity to experience the Grand Opening of Verde and was delighted and in awe of the beautiful flowers, aesthetics and organic, heart centered and holistic approach to food on the go. We need more of this! It's just a short walk to the beach and is also a great hub for anyone exploring La Jolla. The food was simple yet elegant, but also created new combinations of flavors I was excited to explore. When we are back in the area we will be stopping here!
