We ordered our food and after about 30 minutes, the waitress said because we had a large order 6 rolls it was a BIG order and it was going to be another 20 minutes. Then she said, would you like some more appetizers or fries, anything while you wait. (we had already order three appetizers and they were gone) Obviously she knew it was way longer then it should have been. So we said, sure some fries would be great. Another 25 minutes later, we finally get our food/rolls. I think she forgot to put the order in and then was having to backtrack to fix things. Anyway, the bill comes and we get charged for the fries($11) not a big deal, but how she put the question of if we wanted anything else lead us all to believe it was comped. Then we had ordered an order of calamari and literally we had 7 rings of calamari on a plate and that was $27! Our total bill for 6 people, 9 rolls in all with appetizers, and 5 salads($11 each) was $600. The food is good, but the prices outrageous ! We won't be going back and we are longtime customers. There are other Sushi places that are just as good and not so expensive and it doesn't take 50 minutes to get your food.

Always our go-to sushi place for my date night with the hubby! He loves the sweetest and sour chicken; I love Hawaiian coconut roll. A must try in east county.

Fine dining prices for a mediocre experience. I would rather spend my money elsewhere. My waitress received a $70 tip. My husband and I had our dinner before the rest of the table. My husband‘s meal was finished before our adult children even receive theirs. No thank you! Not again.

It's a nice place. Lots of choices on the menu. Food is good, but the big issue is the price compared to what you get. Chicken fried rice for $40, sushi rolls averaging $20-30's, four pieces of crab rangoon will cost you over $20. It's a nice date place, not as much a place for a large family unless you are willing to pay well over $300 (no alcohol) for the experience.

Service was slow, food quality was average at best but considering the price ($20-$30 per roll) not even close to worth it. I've had much better sushi in the Village for 1/2 the price. Three rolls, (2) orders of edamame and water for $100 for 2 ppl.

Took 1hr and 10 min for a roll. Waitresses kept lying about how long it would take. I left hungry cuz I didn't want to wait an hour for a second roll. Didn't like paying $12 a bottle for a beer bottled in Escondido. Halloween decorations look like they had middle school children did it, they should just take them down. Don't eat here if you're hungry.

One of the best places to eat in East County and a weekly visit for us. The food and service are always consistent; this place is a gem.

Stopped here for a little sushi experience and it didn't disappoint, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was on the fancier side but still inviting and comfortable for an impromptu visit!
The service on the other hand was slow in receiving our food even with sitting at the sushi bar, they were kinda busy but good thing is that we were not in a rush at all!
