Just left here, the girl helping us (tall blonde) was extremely rude. We walked in she was in the middle of eating something finished chewing turned to me and stood there didn't say anything so I started ordering we went to pay and she was so irritated I felt like maybe we were walking in right before closing but I checked the time and it was only 8:40 pm and so she tells us the total rips the receipt off doesn't say anything at all it was weird her body language and facial expressions definitely let me know she was pissed off about who knows what- she was so mad at what ever was going on with her the total was 20.07 we gave her 30.00 and she gave us the wrong change 4 cents instead of 96 cents which I don't care but clearly your mind is somewhere else. Moral of the story, girl who helped us, is you need to be nice to your customers your a representation of that business and the people who stock those freezers with products and keep the lights turned on and hand you a paycheck - I walked in after a long day of running my own business and helping customers too I expect at least a friendly tone and correct change when I enter a place of business to spend my hard earned 20 bux

This BR is always busy. The service is ok. The scoops of ice cream has down size big time. I go here if I want good quality ice cream. I just recently had a bad experience. As I was eating my sundae last night A long hair came in my mouth. I threw away my whole sundae after only having 2 scoops. I think they should wear hairnets especially in and out of the ice cream fridge. But I love the Nutty Coconut, Mint chocolate chip, Cheese cake, and Pecan Praline.

I've been coming to Baskin Robbins, here as a kid 50yrs ago, mint chip has always been my favorite, the two young ladiesWorking there was very, very nice and made my sisters and I three great sundaes Thank You, I'll be back soon. This La Mesa Baskin Robbins has been here for as long as I can remember. They have recently remodeled and the store looks so nice, clean and modern. They offer a large variety of ice cream, cakes, sundays smoothies and shakes.
Everything about this place is cool, the service, tastes and the place is clean. I like the flavors especially the baseball nut flavor is tasty

I was very disappointed with the service provided today. My kids and I went in to the la Mesa Baskin Robbins to purchase quarts of ice cream and they had a very limited supply. The limited supply was not the issue. When I asked if they had more flavors one of the employees defensively said since it was a holiday weekend, there hadn't been truck deliveries. Another employee said we should consider going to the grocery store because they had more flavors there. I had only asked to see if maybe they had more flavors in the back of the store. One of my kids looked at me and said she didn't want ice cream after hearing what the employees said. I purchased 1 ice cream because we had ordered it prior to us being told to go somewhere else. When I said to the employee that the owner of this store may not like them sending customers somewhere else she said, "She is the owner" referring to the lady that said to consider going to a grocery store. Talk about not feeling welcome. Apparently this store does not mind losing customers.

The cake says it all. It's absolutely stunning and the cake decorators nailed my birthday cake order. It was 80% vanilla ice cream and 20% cake. The ice cream was fatty and overwhelmingly sweet. The cake was moist and fluffy. The orange frosting in particular tasted awful for some reason compared to the other colored frostings. This is my first happy birthday after becoming a construction worker.
