Horribly understaffed. It took over 30 minutes and three requests/reminders before we got our appetizers. Incorrect orders were brought to our table several times. Our waiter was responsible for three tables of 6+ guests, along with three other two-tops...and that's just what we saw. Could have been more. He was running around like crazy. Tables were not being bussed. The bathroom was disgusting; it obviously hadn't been cleaned or even checked in hours.

We came on a Monday night and were there for 2 hours. They may have been short staffed. It took forever to order and get food and we had to request flatware and refills by calling at our waitress. Our waitress was nice enough but the service was very slow. Food was okay.

Our waiter was amazing and the food was delicious! However, the place is a little loud due to your openness of the dining area.

We were talking on the way home about the fact that we always have a good experience with BJs and always like the food and should go there more. Their special cost close to a fast food drive through for a steak dinner with dessert. Service was terrific for our party of 9 special occasion on a very busy night.

We made a reservation for 10 of us for a graduation celebration at 8:30 PM. We were put in two booths next to each other NOT at a table together so we couldn't even all talk. The server took 20 minutes to acknowledge us and take a drink order and the food took an hour and a half to be delivered to our table. Others in the restaurant were getting up and leaving because the service and food delivery was so poor. The food was not great quality or even very hot when it was delivered after waiting that long! The manager didn't do anything to compensate for the terrible service and didn't even apologize for the mistake in our reservation! I will NOT be going back to BJ's for a very very long time, if ever! What a way to ruin a graduation celebration!!!

I alone with my 4 family members arrived 20 minutes early and waited for 25 minutes before being seated. The restaurant was really busy due to Graduation celebrations which is why we were there. My 18 year old son enjoyed the fact that some of his graduating class was also there . The food was good and the overall experience was great. Despite having to wait it was worth it!!!

We were a party of 5 with dinner reservations @ 6pm. It was not busy when we arrived. We were promptly seated in a booth. The service was slow. We were not offered beverage refills & had to track down a server. As time progressed, it was packed & very busy. Our meals did not arrive together. The food was not hot when it did. This was not our typical dining experience.

Really used to enjoy going to eat there but this last visit will likely be our last. I ordered the Ahi salad - the Ahi was old tasting not fresh at all, my daughters both ordered steak and they were over cooked, our pizzookies were even over cooked! Just a really terrible experience and our server I'm sure they were short staffed but she just stopped coming to our table once the food was delivered.

I order the “Jumbo” spaghetti and meatballs, the pasta was very good and plenty of it, the meatballs (4) were not has big, mine were actually dry and cold, like they had been re heated, my wife had the shrimp scampi, her plate was delicious, pasta was very flavorful and the shrimp was cook nicely, also her plate was very hot in temperature, the spinach and artichoke dip was delicious, highly recommend it as an appetizer.
The 1st server was great, hand off service changed 1/2 way through time, busy, raining, roof leaking all over the floor at entrance. Food was terrible , apps served barely warm, entree steak over cooked, terrible veggies with black char, poorly prepared served barely warm, added on beer charged never served to table, friendly staff. Will not return

Showed up before the reservation and was told my reservation wasn't in the system. Said it would be about an hour wait... but they were quick to fix the situation and we were seated within 10 minutes! We had a wonderful waiter too!

We were seated outside and the heaters were not working well when we were there. The food took a really long time to come out and the quality just wasn't up to our expectation for the price that we paid. Our server did their best but it was clear they had too many tables to serve at the same time. We arrived at 6PM and paid the bill at 8:30PM, a lot of that time was waiting for food
