Took way to long to get served, drinks took a long time, food took even longer, and they forgot one meal and then forgot part of the meal when it was brought out. Asked if we wanted anything else asked for sauce twice, never came. It's all round poor service. When the food did come it was fairly decent

The food was good but the place was packed on a Tuesday night. Made a reservation and still had to wait over 20 minutes for my table once I got there. We sat down and got our drinks but then had to wait almost an hour to place our order. And dining room was incredibly loud, my party had to yell to hear one another. The food came out in a timely manner, was hot, and tasted good, no complaints there but some of the portions were a little small. After we finished got our food, however, it took over an hour for us to get our desserts boxed up and the check. We came in at 7:30pm and finally got out a little past 10pm. It was overcrowded and understaffed. Also a lot of teenagers which didn't help the noise level. I'd definitely come in after 9 or 10pm next time, if possible.

Can't skip Pizookie night! It's always a bit hectic so our waiter forgot a couple of items. But pizookies are always great!

I was very disappointed with the time it took for our food to be ready. It took over 30 minutes for us to receive our three plates. Unfortunately we had to ask our server to check on our food. My son had to wait for his food since our server said that the meat was burnt and she asked for them to remake it. It took our server over 15 minutes to process our payment and she was not able to give me a receipt of my purchase. I tried to find the manager but it was too busy I did not want to bug. I will never return to eat here.

Our waiter was responsible for three tables of 6+ guests, along with three other two-tops...and that's just what we saw. Could have been more. He was running around like crazy. Tables were not being bussed. The bathroom was disgusting; it obviously hadn't been cleaned or even checked in hours.

We came on a Monday night and were there for 2 hours. They may have been short staffed. It took forever to order and get food and we had to request flatware and refills by calling at our waitress. Our waitress was nice enough but the service was very slow. Food was okay.

We were talking on the way home about the fact that we always have a good experience with BJs and always like the food and should go there more. Their special cost close to a fast food drive through for a steak dinner with dessert. Service was terrific for our party of 9 special occasion on a very busy night.
