.......this is the best deli in san diego county period !!........2 of my favorites are the meatball (of course !) and the muffaletta.......that meatball sammie has some of the best meatballs i've had on this planet.........and boy, does this deli have delicious bread which we all know can make or break the sammie, irregardless of what's stuffed inside.......a bit crusty on the outside but pillowy soft wonderness on the inside.......drenched in tasty marinara, some goood...

BMH Italian is hands down one of the best deli spots around! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care—especially the sandwiches with their perfectly baked bread. But what really makes this place stand out is the customer service. The staff are some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet—they treat you like family, always smiling, attentive, and going out of their way to make sure you leave happy.

This place is beautiful— everyone that works here is so friendly they went above and beyond to make sure that me and my wife were taking care of, the food is so delicious (best itialian subs I’ve had) and the atmosphere is so cozy (10/10)
