They have great people and service. Do not get the Chai Tea it’s basically just milk and the dirty chai is no better. Otherwise this place is great. UPDATE: went back today and gave the dirty chai another try. It has gotten worse. I returned it asked for more chai and it still was pure milk. I am officially done with this place.

Today we stopped by this coffee shop. I like that it has a lot of space. The atmosphere is quite pleasant. The music is not loud in the background. Clean tables and chairs. There were a lot of people in the cafe. They also sell a lot of different accessories and clothes. There are coffee beans for sale. The service is pleasant and drinks are made quickly. We ordered a latte and a matcha latte as usual. We ordered a non-sweet matcha, but they brought us a sweet one, so we asked them to change the drink. No problem, they redid it for us and apologized for the mistake. I liked the matcha latte. It's the right temperature and properly prepared. The drink tastes good and does not have a bitter aftertaste, so the amount of matcha powder was added correctly. Now about the latte. It was so bitter that I wouldn't call it a latte🤣 maybe that's how they make it in this coffee shop, but it was very bad for my taste. Overall, I have a positive impression.

We've been here twice now on our morning coffee trips. It gets busy so plan again! The staff here is friendly and try to be as speedy as possible. The coffee was really good and their paninis were awesome.
We love Brew and we come all the time. Their coffee is delicious, so they have our loyalty. However, the food and customer service needs work. They gave me a rotten avocado on my very expensive avocado toast, forgot cream cheese on our to-go bagel, and the employees are not very friendly or attentive.

I love this little spot. I’ve lived walking distance from Brew for almost 4 years and I frequent it often, so this review is long overdue. But today was extra special! I had a rough morning and then to top it off I spilled the cold brew I had just ordered 20 seconds earlier all over my laptop, table, clothes, and shoes. I went to grab napkin then Chloe jumped in and insisted to clean it up. Then I went to the register to buy a replacement coffee fully expecting to pay for it and Chloe gave it to me for free. What a gem. Thanks Chloe, you made my day a lot better.

I really really want to like them, but the first time I got coffee to go, it tasted good, but it was lukewarm. I didn't go again for many months after, and then it was just warm. I'm sure their pastries are great, but I don't eat those. I just want to get a good hot coffee.
