You desperately need to get rid of the damn computer voice. If I wanted to order from a computer, it feels like the food is made by a robot. Please give me a live person. I have so many other choices of places to eat, and you are making me choose other restaurants when I prefer your food.

The sausage grilled cheese breakfast wasn't cooked and melted together. It was cold cheese, barely toasted bread, and slightly warm sausage and egg, but the flavors didnt combine because it wasnt melted together. Your food needs to be consistently great and flavorful the way it used to be, to justify spending this kind of money. When I came back to the drive through window because they forgot my condiment I asked for, I mentioned this, and she said the owner of the store does not want them to microwave food so the cheese melts. Honestly it seemed like the whole sandwich was not cooked together on the griddle, so I don't know if microwaving is the issue. I wish I took a picture of it.

The food is absolutely amazing and customer service is also amazing my only problem is this newer AI menu. i’m usually here once a week but this thing just doesn’t work correctly and always takes my order incorrectly for example last week i asked for a large and it kept putting medium. and this week i asked for a regular western burger but it kept putting spicy just a bit frustrating as a regular customer when your order is always incorrect due to the AI service.
The AI machine is horrid. Got the order wrong. Went to window and even the employee couldn’t handle it. Simple order Lesson learned. Done with this place

I don’t like the A.I. at the drive thru it can’t answer basic questions like “what’s your specials” it just stays silence or says the item is not available. I never asked for an item I asked what are your specials. I’m not going to buy from them anymore ,bring the people back. FYI I just spent $40 on a two adult and 2 kids.
