Ordered carne asada because I figured cant go too wrong. I think they dragged my meat through the part of the grill that catches all the burned things . The salsa was water basically . Disappointed

For a food truck the food and care in serving is really good. Try the shrimp and smoked-fish dishes/tacos/burritos. The other dishes are also more unique than normal fare in the area. One recommendation is to clean the outside of the truck [make it immaculate] and stop the drips from inside coming down where we order...that is unappealing and simple to clean up. Regardless, no points off for that - the food and the amount and taste was really unique and good. Worth trying.

This is a $7 octopus taco from Chavas. 80% onions and peppers. One taco. Flavor of the octopus was OK but it was really tough and chewy. Should have walked down to JVs.
