UPDATE*** 3/15/2025: came here tonight to give it another chance , same results. They messed up AGAIN. They messed up the appetizer (wings) and they put onions and tomatoes in my burger when I told them not to, explicitly. Rude waitresses too. Go elsewhere.

Sucks that I took my wife out and her favorite place is Chili’s, but we went and server was nowhere to be found for twenty minutes.
We ended up leaving. Sucks because we like the food, but we couldn’t find the server. We wanted to eat, but the server was nowhere to be found to take our order. I’m not gonna call out the server. I remember serving and greeting my table with 30 seconds to a minute of being sat. Table behind me was still waiting on the server too.

I like to come to my local Chili's because it's always inexpensive and the three for me is the right price. I came here with my elderly mother and her and I split an entree she decided to get a side salad which to our complete disgrace and complete shocks after the bill comes was damn near $8. How can Chili's a million dollar industry charge $8 for a small side salad. I will definitely not be coming back to Chili's for the rest of my life if I have to pay $8 for a small side salad. The food was good but boy am I disgusted at paying $8 for a small side salad. If I were you I would definitely reconsider going somewhere else and getting your money's worth.

I go into this location to get to go food. With my meal we always order a large side salad. The last two times I got the large salad, today I order our meal and then m told they never had them. The manager comes out and acts like I’m crazy. I’m done with La Mesa Chili’s. No wonder their ratings are low

Definitely not worth what I paid. Small portions, taste is okay enough to still eat but it's still not good, and very average service. I mean I'm not expecting amazing but I can get way better tasting for at a local restaurant for the same price or cheaper with outstanding service. I paid $30 for when serving of meh bbq with small portions. But I should have gone to a local place pay $25 with amazing BBQ and bigger sizes.

I absolutely love Chilis. The experience has gone down some. Serving sizes on the sides are tiny (especially Mac and Cheese). Service is OK. Got a darn good Chicken Salad last night. Burgers are always awesome. Just gotta tighten up the service and don’t disssapoint people by giving them a spoonful of Mac and cheese as a full serving. I’ll still go, just not as great as it used to be. Pick it up Chilis! You can do it!

They made us wait a long time to take our order, around 1 hour, and they gave the other tables their order before us, who had been waiting a long time and the waitress was just standing there doing nothing. & to top it off, she said her excuse was memory loss…
I always loved Chili's for there Southwest egg rolls, however, the quality has really seemed to diminish overtime. My daughter ordered chicken wings But I had to send them back because they were not fully cooked. They did take them back and replace them However, she left without them by accident and was very sad about that. I was disappointed that I notified them that we were celebrating a birthday and they laughed but did not celebrate with us as they did for the other surrounding tables.

Well, our server needs to step up her game. Never introduced herself to us. Walked by saying I’ll be right back over her shoulder. Came to take order, husband asked for root beer, they don’t have. Next he asked for orange soda, to which she told him to look on the menu to see what they have. Really? She could have told him the choices in the same amount of time. Then I watched her play with her hair while taking another tables order… hmmmmm. I’m really glad the expo brought out our food. She never came around to see if our meal was ok when brought out. She stopped by table when my husband was done to ask if everything is alright. Guess she didn’t notice only one bite from my burger. She asked if we wanted dessert, we declined. She pointed to the ‘tablet’ and asked if we knew how to use. That was the Most automated meal I have eaten. The attentiveness was the same as if we went to a ‘fast food’ and not a sit down. Servers wonder why their tips lack….
