The food was definitely not worth the price! For the value, you are better off going elsewhere. Over the years, this chain has lost value and quality. The service was acceptable with lots of room for improvement and the atmosphere was just about the only enjoyable aspect of my visit. Sadly, it was not enough to justify a hefty bill.

Had lunch at the La Mesa location on 12/14/2025, at 1pm. I left my Burberry sunglasses at the table, noticed it right away as soon as I got to my car, run back inside only for my glasses to be gone, kept getting redirected when I asked for the glasses. Needless to say my glasses disappeared in a matter of seconds. Waiter claimed to not have seen them. Im 💯 sure that I left them at the table, as took a few pictures when we were having lunch, and glasses were in the pictures.

The food was fine, server was incredibly rude to both my mom and I. She kept cutting me off as I was ordering and was incredibly snarky for no reason, even though we didn’t say anything negatively and tried to be polite. She was shorter and had black hair. Usually if I want to grab a quick bite out here, the servers are usually very nice, and we try to be quiet and not be a bother, but this particular one did not want anything to do with us.

Chili's to go service was excellent from the ordering process to pick up. i ordered the Three for deal. You get choice of one entree, drink & choice of two sides. I had fried chicken sandwich, drink, dinner salad($1extra), chips & salsa. The chicken was crispy, fresh warm & tasty as if it was cooked at home. The salad was fresh & the chips were very thin & good. I would definitely recommend to try Chili's.

Forget fast food, forget bougie local spots, and come sit down for some good American excellence. I took a girl on a date here and couldn't believe the value I got for my money. I think Im going to be coming back a lot more.
Seriously, its better, bigger, and cheaper than McDonalds. The restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. I will be taking many more women here.
Had a wonderful time celebrating a friend’s birthday, and our server Jessica made it even better! She went above and beyond with her customer service and made sure we were all well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and asking for her again, she was wonderful! :)

Not the chili’s I remembered. The best part of the meal was the appetizer and the southwest egg rolls were a bit soggy. The ribeye steak was not a ribeye cut at all. The meat was chewy. The rice with the fajita dish was the most chewy disgusting rice I have ever tasted. Our waiter was horrible with service. Asked for guacamole that we never got and had to ask another server. Even having to wait for waiter but asking another for a to go box took forever and the person asked never returned. Only for our own waiter to return later with a wrong box and felt completely ignored.
