I’ve been enjoying their monthly $6 Patron Margaritas. They are good and only $6.We all enjoyed our meals. Two people got the steak, with mashed potatoes and broccoli.I got the fajitas with shrimp and meat. My meat was a little stiff.Our server was very friendly and service was timely.

The customer service (wait time, attitude, snappy, touching our straws with her fingers when refilling our drinks was terrible and I believe it was because of the color of our skin. We have other family members (African American) and friends (Mexican) that have had the same experience, but only at this location. And we watch them act differently towards the other customers.
EVERYTHING about this chili's in La Mesa is horrible. If I could give no stars I would. We were a party of 15. We waited over 2 hours and 30 minutes because they have horrible management. Parties of 8 and 7 came in and they sat them first. ERIC FINCH was the manager om duty and provided HORRIBLE service. Not only this, but their food is disgusting, and I HIGHLY advise against choosing this chili's in La mesa. Go to another location. You'll be glad you did
