Okay, for a buffet, most of the food here seems like it's been sitting the whole entire day and wasn't changed out. Talked about, let's not waste anything style of management. Even the fortune cookies were stale. I'm was really disappointed with this buffet. The one in National City does a better job at maintaining the food. I wouldn't recommend this one in La Mesa, CA.

Family made a reservation two weeks in advance prior to a family event for ~45 people. Came to check in and they had accepted another family's birthday dinner and made us wait for another 20-30 minutes because they didn't have space. Unprofessional, hence they get a "meh". I understand it's a business and needs to make revenue, but don't overbook and expect customers to wait.

I've only had take out from this place, but it was a good take out. They have good variety. Took shrimp, squid, fried rice, chicken, some broccoli, all good. They also have sushi among a lot other options. Will go to sit down and eat one day, but for now they are a good quickie solution for me.

Boyfriend and I wanted to find a new buffet to try and this place was closer than others. We got a handful of foods to try and the best thing they have is the white rice in all honestly. Food tastes microwaved, looks old, tastes old. The place is dirty and all the seats are close together. Would not recommend.

Found a long black hair on my sweet n sour pork. A lot of their stuff comes from cans. I also tried some kind of a dessert with cream that tasted like rotten fish. The coffee they serve tasted very old and super bitter. It tasted like a horrible instant coffee. Then, a female employee starts spraying cleaner to the window near a family member that's eating. I'm not going back here again! They're ridiculous!
