Very good coffee flavored ice cream n great worker there

I just overpaid for AN OLD STALE waffle and AN OLD STALE regular cone, not only that but the second flavor ice cream we bought was more freezer burnt tasting (or chemical tasting I couldn't put my finger on it) than the first! I am truly disappointed. I've never paid this much for ice cream, let alone this over all horrible batch!! I'm sorry but do not go to Cold Stone Cemetery in La Mesa or it will be a waste of your money.

4/4/2025 served a STALE WAFFLE CONE because earlier shift didn't make any and she only made a fresh batch of waffle bowl. So after leaving the movies to ask her why she felt ok to serve this shatt.
Palm Sunday 4/13/2025 went to go see King of Kings, went to grab an ice cream since pretty warm weather.... Same shatt... No WAFFLE cones, that JUST RAN OUT ... OK.. WHAT EVER. She offers the bowl and I say yes since again that is all they have for a ice cream shop. 2 Hispanic girls with glasses 🤓 refused to give discount on waffle $2.49 after letting her know my previous experience. She said I SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING ON THAT DAY AND SINCE I DIDN'T SHE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING FOR ME. Joke. Price of a double scoop coffee ice cream with waffle bowls $11.48 . Jajaja. Joke. Rude. Does not care. Millennial generation running that joke.

On 4/4/2025 in the. Early pm, ordered waffle cone with double scoop of coffee ice cream. Been customer over 10yrs but on this day it was ok to serve a stale waffle cone. Once at the movies noticed it was stale so left the movies to go back to CS since it is right outside the Grossmont theater in the Grossmont Mall or Shopping center. She Said there was no more cones but made a fresh batch of waffle bowls. So she switched out and I left to my annoyed that I paid for something I didn't order.

Update - 4/13/2025 at 230 pm ordered the same, waffle cone, double scoop coffee. 2 Hispanic girls with their lame glasses 🤓 refused to discount the waffle because she said I should have said something at the moment on that day. Here is my receipt. Each purchase is $11.48.

I placed this order over the phone for a small birthday cake with specific writing on it, and when I picked it up, $51 later, I take it home, and when I open it, not only does it look messy and rushed, but the writing I requested on the cake wasn't on the cake. The writing is messy and uncoordinated, the winky face is messed up, and the Oreo crumbles were all over the place. This cake was for my sister, and I was looking forward to seeing her reaction to it. The manager at this place gave me the worst attitude when I picked it up, due to me acting confused as to why their smallest cake was $51. The quality of the cake I purchased shouldn’t have been more than $20. The person who helped me on the phone when I was ordering it was very nice, and she made me feel confident that this location would be able to accommodate my requests for this cake. I would expect more from such an expensive small cake, but I am deeply disappointed in the quality of it, and that they weren’t even able to write what I wanted on the cake in their messy handwriting. Will definitely be speaking to customer service about this, hopefully for a refund.

This place does not take orders over the phone. We wanted to place an order for our son's birthday cake from this location and we were told they do not take telephone orders.
We ended up having to order the cake from Vons near that location.

I am a diabetic senior citizen with low sugars in my blood asking for a scoop of strawberry and French Vanilla Ice cream in a chocolate sugar cone. The attendant had refused to give me any service and called security. I had talked to security both senior citizens. And I was blatantly descriminated against for my age and disability.I drove too parkway plaza Mall to receive service for nourishment on a hot day. I suggest all senior citizens and people with disabilities not to be patrons for this business.

Had my daughter's 15th birthday cake planned to be made today! Marsoula was very kind and helpful! Great customer service ?? ??

they were 20 minutes from closing and their cooling plate was off, which meant the ice cream was melted by the time they made it to the register. Even though it was in cups it melted all over me before I made it home.
