Takes about a whole business day to order and get a full pizza. I called in trying to order a whole pizza and they say the only take order for 5 or more pizzas. They mention that they will have pizzas hot and ready when we arrive and order and have to wait in a line longer than the DMV. Then they proceed to tell us to wait since they don’t have any pizzas ready This is absurd! Wholesale pizza I guess… Go back to the old system where you used to be able to call in for a pizza ahead of time.

Foods good but geeze is it a pain to get a whole pizza. Gotta wait almost 2 hours. That's after they keep telling you it should be out in 15 min. Maybe they should of upgraded the food court too instead of just the inside

The quality of everything is amazing ...but get overshadow by the staff in there. You can see the pizza's stocked for pickup and yet no one on the microphone calling people out. There should be one person on each spot to run everything accordingly to the work plan.Costco food court needs a leader pushing and motivating the team .

They took my order over the phone and I still had to wait in line for 15 minutes- only for them to tell me that I needed a costco card in order to pay for my pizza. Complete waste of my time, and this type of thing makes me want to hurt the workers and

I don't know if all costco food courts are the same, but to the ones I've been with and ordered from a food court it appears so. They need a visual numbering system for ready orders. Because the overhead speaker is sometimes inaudible and one is left wondering if their order is ready. My issue was with the pizza side. Waited longer than I should have for a whole pizza. I understand the time vary, yet I saw plenty of pizza get cut and placed in the shelves ready for pick up, however no one was there to call out orders that were ready. Completely unorganized. Leaving me a bit of sour taste in my mouth that it'll be a whole before I go back. Good pizza though. Such a shame. And bring back the combo pizza. ?
