The quality of everything is amazing ...but get overshadow by the staff in there. You can see the pizza's stocked for pickup and yet no one on the microphone calling people out. There should be one person on each spot to run everything accordingly to the work plan.Costco food court needs a leader pushing and motivating the team .

I don't know if all costco food courts are the same, but to the ones I've been with and ordered from a food court it appears so. They need a visual numbering system for ready orders. Because the overhead speaker is sometimes inaudible and one is left wondering if their order is ready. My issue was with the pizza side. Waited longer than I should have for a whole pizza. I understand the time vary, yet I saw plenty of pizza get cut and placed in the shelves ready for pick up, however no one was there to call out orders that were ready. Completely unorganized. Leaving me a bit of sour taste in my mouth that it'll be a whole before I go back. Good pizza though. Such a shame. And bring back the combo pizza. ?

I came to buy pizza for my football team and I asked the lady to cut the pizza up in party pieces she was unforgivable rude and acted like it could not be cut up more bc the kids don't eat all that food like that she was older woman working the front window calling ppl numbers to give them they order horrible customer service and she don't smile at all if she dont like her job replace her simple but to be that mentality at work os crazy to me then I talk to another worker and I told them how matket st and mission valley does it all the time for our organization and so they was likr we do it tthroughout the week but not on the weekedms ok the whole team is ridiculous they don't know how to handle high volume customers y'all suck never again will y'all get out organization money ever so I go get my pizza and they never put the order in ow I got ta wait 20 more minutes which marks well over an hour and i had to be atvthe game im a coach they are so unorofessional and lack problem solving all around. board and don't care to be sympathetic I pray y'all fix they customer service skills and they don't even call out the orders for the whole pizzas knowing ppl sitting right there waiting on they food sad case COSTCO WORST COSTCO IN MY LIFE

The food is good, and the prices are excellent. However, they did away with their 'the works' pizza, which you could order without meat and was perfect for vegetarians. Now it's just cheese. That's your option. Cheese.
