$20/person, no matter what. It's like those pricey little family joints, only corporate. @ least they still have an interesting menu. $74 on my last visit with my wife and daughter...

If it wasn’t for the Servicer, I would t leave a Good review still! Give him a raise!
I stoped by at lunch and picked up dinner for my kiddos as I have closing shift. When I got home I realized my dinner wasn’t the pot roast sandwich but food just thrown into a container see photos
Also I paid extra for eggs for 3 meals and I have NO EGGS! You know that’s the Best part lol
Anyways we all make mistakes!
Positive side Your Servicer is AWESOME!

Came on a Sunday Morning and Absolutely the worst Denny’s experience for to-go ordering, had to wait 30mins for the order and we went to go pickup and it still wasn’t ready, they came out and said by the way we are out of blueberries but can do strawberries instead so clearly the pancakes weren’t made yet because it was a mixin my sister cannot have strawberries and really wanted the blueberries pancakes so we said go ahead and cancel the order since it wasn’t even made yet, she got a bit upset and said really you want to cancel just for blueberries? Well, yes if I am paying for an order and want my food a certain way why can’t I have that? I’ll just go to someone who can make it the way I would like it. She said ok she has to get the manager and he said the exact same thing and was rude about it he also put in the email the reason why the order was canceled was because we called and canceled when the order was already ready. So clearly they didn’t want to admit to their higher up’s they were in the wrong so great blame the issue on the customer when it was clearly your fault, no accountability and not even an apology for wasting my time. This could have been solved with one quick call at the beginning when we placed the order without having to drive down there overall I wouldn't order at this Denny’s.

Got food poisoning from rancid oil that fried the onions. Took a week to kick it.

You know, it's Denny's. Unfortunately, this particular one was severely understaffed on a Saturday at 11:30 am. All the tables were full with only 2 servers! The manager was chatting away with someone seated at the counter. The food was cold. Couldn't even get drink refills without going to the counter and asking for them myself. The average breakfast meal is $18 and the want a tip based on the total of the check not the quality of service or food!

I usually avoid going to this Denny's, even though it's the closest one to me. Unfortunately, I relented and ordered takeout because someone nearby was willing to pick up the food for me. Big mistake. When the order arrived, several side items and an entire entrée were missing. My family member had even asked multiple times, “Is everything in there?” and was assured it was.

When I realized the issue, I tried calling to resolve it. I spent 15 minutes trying to get through—unsuccessfully. Even after reaching out to corporate, who said they’d patch me through, the call dropped after three rings. I’m not sure if this location even has a working number, but how are customers supposed to get in touch with someone to fix problems?

In the end, I had to go back in person to get the missing items. But seriously? Everyone else gets to eat while one person has to wait over an hour to get their food? To make matters worse, the staff didn’t seem apologetic. Instead, they acted as if I was inconveniencing them by pointing out their mistake.

Eating out has become a luxury with how expensive food is these days. Experiences like this make it feel like an absolute waste.
