I mean I know you get what you pay for when coming to these food chains, but wow. Paper thin, no cheese barely any toppings. The crust was thicker than anything else and it was still thin! Def some of the worst pizza money can buy. Frozen pizza from grocery store tastes better and it’s cheaper!!!

Took more than 45 minutes from when the driver left the store, order placed well over an hour prior, for the driver to drop off crumpled like warm at best food. Looking at the tracker if I had to assume dude was dropping off other orders all of the city.

How can I leave a tip ? There should be a seamless way to add a tip when paying online with paypal which is my preferred method. But that's not available. So only option is to dig out some dirty bills or stiff the kids who are nice and work hard.

I got two pastas, Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza, and the Philly tots. The portions were stingy with the pastas, tasted basic, not terrible but not delicious. pizza was also nothing special, but not bad. I probably won't be coming back, there are far better pizza joints that are cheaper and much better.

Order online. It arrived faster than expect and the delivery guy was nice but must have forgotten to read the "contactless delivery" part of the instructions. The BBQ specialty pizza was good but the chicken wings were the worse I've ever had and I will NEVER be ordering them again. They were soggy, no skin crunch at all, and were almost purely fat. Horrible, horrible quality chicken. Disgusting
Horrible customer service all around & that bum manager needs an attitude check trying to answer back in a smart way towards paying customers when she's the one who doesn't know how to count apparently. At least 6 or 7 times I've been shortened on my order. Definitely going to be calling corporate. How pathetic to make a mistake several times & then talk to a customer as if you're actually smart enough to even do your job the right way. Not to mention this was their so called "manager" ???

I ordered food from here at 9:30 the delivery time was said to be delivered from 30-35 min it's now 11:15pm no pizzas and it's saying our food pizza was delivered. I called and the guy on the phone said I don't know what to tell you. I have had very bad experience here and I gave them one more chance and this was the worst.

This location is miserable. I set pick up order. Went just 5 minutes after it was complete. The employee told me it has been already picked up. I was no one has access to my account, so they can come and pick up, besides my name is not that common so people try to scam you. I got mad because i deeply felt they mistakenly gave my order to someone else and didn't wanna admit it. I told them this is not the customer service we expect to get in a well known chain and she simply said " you are welcome not to do business with us again" total bs. Congrats for the owner who hires such a staff members.
